    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desde la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal, día 13 de octubre de 2025, se ha dictado la resolución de alcaldía núm. 1367 sobre la modificación del nombramiento de las tenencias de alcaldía y los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Locales, que dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;lt; De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en fecha 10/10/2025 con registro de entrada GE/006637/2025 el PP propone entre otros al alcalde modificar las tenencias de alcaldía que le fueron delegadas por el Alcalde en junio de 2023 y consecuentemente modificar la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me han sido conferidas, esta Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Nombrar como miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en virtud del artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985, y los artículos 41 y 52 del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, los siguientes concejales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SR. CARLOS ROTGER ROCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SRA. HELENA VÍLCHEZ PONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SR. RICARDO RIERA PONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SRA. NÚRIA FEBRER JUAN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;: Nombrar, de entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local y por orden de nombramiento, como tenientes de alcalde, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en los artículos 23 de la Ley 7/1985, el 22 del RDL 781/1986, y los artículos 41 y 46 del RD 266/1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SR. CARLOS ROTGER ROCA, primer teniente de alcalde y alcalde de Fornells&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SRA. HELENA VÍLCHEZ PONS, segunda teniente de alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SR. RICARDO RIERA PONS, tercer teniente de alcalde&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SRA. NÚRIA FEBRER JUAN, cuarta teniente de alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Notificar personalmente esta resolución a los concejales y concejalas designados, publicarla en el BOIB y dar cuenta de la misma en la primera sesión del Pleno municipal que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;: Mantener las delegaciones en la Junta de Gobierno Local de las atribuciones aprobadas según Resolución de Alcaldía nº 685 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;: Dejar sin efecto las resoluciones sobre estas materias, dictadas anteriormente por la Alcaldía y puedan resultar contradictorias &amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
