&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local de día 27/07/2025, ha aprobado la Convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones en concurrencia competitiva para 2025 en materia de Promoción turística.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que se prevé en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria que puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Beneficiarios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para obtener la condición de beneficiario, las personas jurídicas, instituciones o entidades legalmente constituidas tendrán que cumplir con los requisitos y obligaciones contenidas tanto en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, como en los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los beneficiarios deben ser asociaciones y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro, empresas o profesionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objeto y plazo de ejecución de las actividades subvencionadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es objeto de esta convocatoria, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó, definir las condiciones y el procedimiento a seguir para la concesión de subvenciones mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva, destinadas a asociaciones, entidades, empresas o profesionales que fomenten y dinamicen proyectos y actividades de promoción turística del municipio de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El período de ejecución de los proyectos subvencionables será desde el 1 de enero de 2025 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria están contenidas en la Ordenanza general municipal de subvenciones, publicada en el BOIB nº 12 de 25 de enero de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Previamente a la valoración de las solicitudes, se comprobará que los beneficiarios cumplen con los requisitos señalados. La valoración que se otorgará a cada solicitud tendrá que quedar justificada en el correspondiente informe técnico de valoración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe de la subvención individual de cada entidad será la suma de dos componentes: un componente ligado a los criterios de concesión y otro componente ligado en el presupuesto de la entidad. La determinación del importe a conceder a cada entidad se realizará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A. Determinación del valor monetario por cada punto de los criterios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se realizará la valoración de los criterios de todas las solicitudes y se sumará su importe global. Después se dividirá el 70% del crédito total de la convocatoria entre la suma de puntos, obteniendo así el valor monetario de cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B. Determinación del componente de la subvención ligado a los criterios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se determinará para cada solicitud multiplicando el valor monetario de cada punto por los puntos obtenidos en la valoración de los criterios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C. Determinación del componente de la subvención ligado al presupuesto de la entidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se determinará distribuyendo de manera proporcional al presupuesto presentado por cada entidad, el crédito restante desprendido de la aplicación de los puntos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, no se concederá subvención a aquellas entidades que, en la valoración de los criterios de concesión, obtengan una puntuación inferior a &lt;strong&gt;30 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La cuantía global de la convocatoria se repartirá sin diferenciar entre asociaciones u organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro, empresas o profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plazo y forma de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El trámite de solicitud de subvenciones se realizará exclusivamente de forma electrónica, por lo que deberá presentarse la documentación a través de la sede electrónica el Ayuntamiento de Maó en la dirección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/mao/Portal.aspx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes será de 20 díes naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plazo y forma de justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La justificación se presentará de forma telemática, bajo la modalidad de cuenta justificativa simplificada, regulado en el artículo 75 del RD 887/2006 por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones. El plazo para su presentación tendrá como fecha tope el 31 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 31.3 de las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal, en el momento de conceder la subvención se reconocerá la obligación por su importe total. En el mismo momento se tramitará anticipadamente el pago del 50% del total, reteniendo a cuenta el 50% restante, como garantía de la ejecución de la actividad subvencionada y de la correcta justificación. Esta retención se imputará extrapresupuestariamente al concepto 20061 y se devolverá una vez aprobada la justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
