Con fecha de 25 de mayo de 2024 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 69, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 26 de marzo de 2024, por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados a los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">3. Una vez analizada toda la documentación presentada, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA resolvió favorablemente la concesión de la ayuda a favor de los interesados, que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución con las fechas y los importes correspondientes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">4. Dada la Resolución de concesión de la citada ayuda, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado décimo de la convocatoria antes mencionada, los beneficiarios se obligan, entre otros, a realizar las actuaciones auxiliadas dentro del plazo establecido y mantener los requisitos y condiciones exigibles a que se refiere el apartado tercero de esta resolución.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">5. De acuerdo con el apartado undécimo de la Resolución de convocatoria antes mencionada, en lo referente a subvenciones para inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados a los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes en los casos en los que se produzcan desviaciones entre la inversión realizada y la aprobada, se ajustará la ayuda total concedida al importe de la inversión realizada, siempre que la finalidad de la subvención, dada su naturaleza, sea susceptible de satisfacción parcial, y siempre que se acerquen de forma significativa al cumplimiento total de los objetivos previstos y supongan al menos un 50 % de ejecución de la cantidad total de inversión aprobada en la resolución de concesión inicial.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000">Este ajuste se hará aplicando el porcentaje de subvención que corresponda a la inversión total justificada.
