    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Primera Teniente de Alcalde, el día 27 de octubre de 2025, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Dado que por Decreto núm. 2025-4563, de fecha 25 de junio de 2025, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo para proveer, como personal funcionario de carrera, 2 plazas de Subinspector/a de la Policía Local vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente; SubInsp003 correspondiente a la Oferta de Ocupación Pública del año 2023, y SubInsp001, correspondiente a la Oferta de Ocupación Pública del año 2024, por el sistema de acceso de promoción externa, plazas encuadradas a la plantilla de personal funcionario, escala de Administración Especial, Subescala de Servicios Especiales, Clase Policía Local, Grupo de clasificación A2, para cubrir el puesto de trabajo de Subinspector/a de la Policía Local, publicadas al BOIB núm. 84, de 1 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Dado que el extracto de la convocatoria ha sido publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Estado núm. 165, de 10 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Dado que se han detectado errores materiales en el Anexo II de las bases de la convocatoria del Decreto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Dado que el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, prescribe que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, así mismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;Considerando que las modificaciones propuestas no alteran las condiciones de igualdad, mérito, capacidad de los aspirantes y publicidad en el procedimiento selectivo que está en trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante el presente y en virtud de las atribuciones que me han sido delegadas mediante Decreto núm. 2023/5709, de fecha 22 de junio de 2023, la regidora delegada del área de recursos humanos dicta la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar parcialmente el Decreto 2025-4563 de fecha 258 de junio de 2025 y en consecuencia modifeicar el Anexo II de las bases de la convocatoria que deben regir el proceso selectivo para la provisión de 2 plazas de subinspector de Policiía Local por el sistema de promoción externa, en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa (https://eivissa.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
