    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 4196/2025, de 22 de octubre de 2025, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias de solicitud de admisión para formar parte del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; procedimiento selectivo por promoción interna para la selección de una plaza de COORDINADOR/A PLAYAS (Gestor Servicios), personal funcionario de carrera, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 7 de agosto de 2025, publicadas en el BOIB núm 117, de 4 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinados los requisitos y condiciones presentados en sus solicitudes por las personas interesadas para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo y en cumplimiento con lo establecido en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el presente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos de 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 24.d) del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Transcurrido el plazo otorgado, en el caso de que no se presenten alegaciones a la lista provisional, ésta se elevará a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; NOTIFICAR la presente resolución a los miembros designados en el Tribunal Evaluador para su conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y Tablón de Anuncios de la Sede Electrónica de este Ayuntamiento http://santantoni.sedelectronica.es, para mayor difusión, para general conocimiento y, particularmente, a los efectos de notificación a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
