    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión celebrada el 20 de octubre de 2025, acordó la modificación de la oferta de empleo pública del año 2025, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley reguladora de bases de régimen local, y en el artículo 70 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, en relación con el artículo 47.5 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Plazas derivadas de la tasa de reposición de efectivos por las causas previstas en los apartados 1 y siguientes del artículo 20.U de la Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales del Estados para el año 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Directamente, un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio administrativo del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del mismo, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Cualquier otro recurso que se crea conveniente, de acuerdo a la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
