    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la intervención de este Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con los artículos 177.2 y 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se expone al público la modificación de crédito 43/2025 por suplemento de crédito financiado con remanente líquido de tesorería para gastos generales, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión del día 17 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas, que estén legitimadas según lo que dispone el artículo 170.1 del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y por los motivos taxativamente enumerados en el número 2 del mismo artículo, pueden presentar reclamaciones con sujeción a los trámites siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Plazo de exposición de reclamaciones: quince días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de inserción de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Oficina de presentación: registro general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Órgano ante el cual se reclama: Ayuntamiento en pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Sede Electrónica de Alcúdia (alcudia.eadministracio.cat/transparency/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si no se presenta ninguna reclamación, el acuerdo de aprobación inicial será elevado a definitivo, sin necesidad de adoptar otro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
