    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por resolución de Alcaldía n.º 2025-0731, de 18 de marzo, una vez concluido el procedimiento selectivo convocado por Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 17/2023 de fecha 5 de enero de 2023, (BOIB n.º 5 de fecha 12 de enero de 2023 y BOE n.º 29 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2023), en parte bastante se ha resuelto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Realizar la contratación como personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida a favor de las personas que a continuación se indican y ocupar los puestos de trabajo de oficial segunda Brigada después de haber ganado el proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso de las plazas que constan dentro de la Oferta de Ocupación Pública 2022 para la estabilización de personal temporal (BOIB n.º 5 de fecha 12 de enero de 2023 y BOE n.º 29 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2023):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Realizar la contratación como personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida a favor del Sr. JOAN MASSANET ZUZAMA para ocupar la plaza de oficial segunda Brigada después de haber ganado el proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso de las plazas que constan dentro de la Oferta de Ocupación Pública 2022 para la estabilización de personal temporal (BOIB n.º 5 de fecha 12 de enero de 2023 y BOE n.º 29 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2023), de acuerdo con el antecedente 5 de la presente.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
