    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 13 de octubre de 2025, aprobó las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA SUBVENCIONAR AYUDAS DE MOVILIDAD DESTINADAS A COLABORAR CON LOS GASTOS DERIVADOS DEL TRANSPORTE PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS, DE BACHILLERATO Y DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO MEDIO O SUPERIOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dentro de la política que lleva a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Llubí de colaboración, ayuda y apoyo para las familias de nuestro pueblo que tienen hijos e hijas estudiantes, el Ayuntamiento aprueba por segundo año consecutivo, la creación de unas ayudas específicas de movilidad destinadas a colaborar con los gastos derivados del transporte para estudiantes universitarios, de bachillerato, de ciclo forma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primera.-DESTINATARIOS/-AS - REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.-La ayuda va destinada a las personas que realizan bachillerato, estudios reglados universitarios (UIB y península), ciclos formativos de grado medio y superior, durante el curso académico 2025/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No podrán beneficiarse de esta ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;si cursan en academias o centros privados estudios no reglados o no homologados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;si realizan estudios correspondientes al tercer ciclo o doctorado,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Los/las estudiantes deben estar empadronados/as en Llubí en los dos últimos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segunda.-SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.-Para solicitar la ayuda se debe cumplimentar el impreso que figura como ANEXO I en las presentes bases y que se facilitará al Ayuntamiento de Llubí (c/Sant Feliu, 13), en la pág. web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;www.ajllubi.net&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o en la sede electrónica&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;https://llubi.sedelectronica.es/info &lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.-Las solicitudes y la documentación correspondiente se presentarán en el Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento de Llubí (lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 14:00 y lunes de 16:00 a 20:00 horas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.-El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será &lt;strong&gt;de quince días naturales desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las Bases en el BOIB.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Toda solicitud presentada fuera de plazo será desestimada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instancia y el impreso de solicitud (anexo I) irá acompañando de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI. de la persona que solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado o justificante de matrícula (en el caso de estudios universitarios se admitirá “visto bueno” &lt;strong&gt;con el sello original del centro &lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaración jurada para la que no se recibe otra subvención para transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado del IES Sineu de que los alumnos de Bachillerato no disponen de transporte escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.-TIPO Y CUANTÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ningún caso podrá recibir más de una ayuda pública de transporte por curso académico, aunque realice simultáneamente otros estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La partida presupuestaria 231/48003 habilitada por el Ayuntamiento de Llubí para las ayudas al transporte para el curso 2025-2026 es de un total de 12.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alumnos que estudien Bachillerato: 100 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estudiantes ciclos formativos: 100 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estudiantes de grado la UIBen estudios presenciales: 3 euros por crédito hasta un máximo de 200 euros. (un mínimo matriculado de 30 créditos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alumnos universitarios de grado que estudien fuera de la CAIB(porque los estudios no se imparten en la UIB) por estudios presenciales: 4 euros por crédito hasta un máximo de 250 euros. (un mínimo matriculado de 30 créditos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alumnos universitarios de grado que estudien fuera de la CAIB(Y los estudios se imparten en la UIB) por estudios presenciales: 3 euros por crédito hasta un máximo de 200 euros. (un mínimo matriculado de 30 créditos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alumnos de máster universitario para estudios presenciales: 100 euros un mínimo de 30 créditos matriculados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ingreso de la ayuda será efectivo una vez finalizado el plazo de recepción de solicitudes y siempre que se hayan cumplido los requisitos para poder optar a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta.-PUBLICIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se publicarán en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Llubí y en la página web municipal ( www.ajllubi.net ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Listas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por medio de un Edicto, se expondrán en el Ayuntamiento las listas provisionales de solicitudes admitidas y no admitidas (propuesta de resolución) , abriéndose un plazo de 3 días naturales para subsanar deficiencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez comprobadas las reclamaciones en las listas provisionales y subsanadas las posibles deficiencias se publicará de la misma manera la lista definitiva de solicitudes admitidas y no admitidas (Resolución definitiva) que se publicará en el BOIB, en el tablón de edictos y en la página web municipal (www.ajllubi.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
