    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella, mediante resolución del Área de Organización y Seguridad Ciudadana número 1165 con fecha 11/10/2025, ha acordado aprobar el padrón fiscal de &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;entrada de vehículos con reserva exclusiva (vados) del ejercicio 2025&lt;/span&gt; y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, al efecto de la correspondiente notificación colectiva, por todo lo cual se publica este edicto para su general conocimiento, en cumplimiento de los artículos 102.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria (LGT) y 24 del Reglamento General de Recaudación, aprobado por Real Decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El anuncio del padrón y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, se expondrá al público por un plazo de treinta&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; días &lt;/span&gt;a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, el cual también se publicará en el tablón de edictos de la sede electrónica municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra el acto de aprobación del padrón y de las liquidaciones que lo integran, se podrá interponer recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la finalización del periodo de exposición pública, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 14.2.c. del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 62.3 de la LGT, se pone en conocimiento de los contribuyentes que se procederá a la apertura del periodo voluntario del tributo en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La oficina de Recaudación municipal: calle Nou de juliol, 1, de Ciutadella de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Horario: de 9 a 13.30 horas de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Periodo de cobro voluntario: del 17&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;/10/2025 al 17/12/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
