&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición para la cobertura de dos plazas de maestro/a en educación infantil, vacante a la plantilla de personal laboral de este Patronato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases específicas que tienen que regir esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan a esta resolución como anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Aprobar el modelo de solicitud que figura como anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Aprobar el modelo de declaración responsable de no haber sido separado de la administración pública que consta al anexo 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Autorizar el gasto, de acuerdo con los artículos 172 y 176 de TRLRHL, con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias siguientes, del vigente presupuesto de gastos del Patronato Municipal de Escuelas Infantiles de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las plazas están dotadas presupuestariamente, correspondientes a la oferta pública de empleo del año 2023 (BOIB núm. 80 de 15 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las presentes bases tendrán en cuenta el principio de igualdad de trato entre mujeres y hombres, en lo que respecta al acceso al empleo, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Constitución española, el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público , la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres y la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo 55 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres dispone que "la aprobación de convocatorias de pruebas selectivas para el acceso al empleo público deberá acompañarse de un informe de impacto de género, salvo en casos de urgencia y por razón de la prohibición de la prohibición" 43.3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres de las Illes Balears: "A las ofertas de empleo público de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears, debe adjuntarse una evaluación del impacto de género". Todo esto pone de manifiesto el compromiso asumido por el Ayuntamiento de Palma en relación con la promoción activa de la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres, así como de prevención y actuación ante la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este procedimiento selectivo se regirá por las prescripciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y las bases generales que rigen esta convocatoria se publicaron en el BOIB núm. 7, de 13 de enero de 2018, y en lo no previsto, se aplicará lo establecido en el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público (en adelante TREBEP) y en la Ley 3/2 (en adelante LFPIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concurso-oposición, turno libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El presente procedimiento selectivo generará una bolsa de trabajo de la que se podrán nombrar por orden de puntuación final. Figurarán en el bolsín a las personas candidatas que hayan superado al menos el primer ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El funcionamiento del bolsín se regulará de acuerdo a lo previsto en el apartado 13 de las Bases Generales que deben regir las convocatorias de pruebas selectivas para cubrir plazas vacantes de la plantilla del personal del PMEI (BOIB nº7 de 13 de enero de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. GRUPO PROFESIONAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Maestro/a en educación infantil (nivel 23)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para ser admitido en las pruebas selectivas, las personas aspirantes deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos, sin perjuicio de los que figuren en cada una de las bases específicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estos requisitos deben poseerse en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y deben mantenerse hasta el momento de la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tener la nacionalidad española o la de alguno de los demás Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, o ser nacional de algún estado en el que, en virtud de los tratados internacionales suscritos por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El aspirante que no tenga nacionalidad española debe acreditar documentalmente su nacionalidad con un documento vigente y su permiso de residencia y de trabajo si se tercia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tener dieciséis años cumplidos de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- No haber sido separado o separada, mediante expediente disciplinario, del servicio de ninguna administración pública, de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni encontrarse en situación de inhabilitación de forma absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el caso de ser nacional de otro estado, no hallarse inhabilitado/a en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido/a a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, a su estado y en los mismos términos, el acceso a un empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones del grupo profesional o la especialidad en que se incluyen las plazas ofertadas. Las personas aspirantes que accedan a plazas reservadas para personas con discapacidad deben tener acreditado el grado de minusvalia igual o superior al 33% i lo deben justificar en el momento de presentacion de instàncias. Tambien tienen que solicitar en la misma instáncia las adaptaciones que consideren adecuadas para llevar a cabo las pruebas selectivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Estar en posesión del título de grado en educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el título procede de un Estado miembro de la Unión Europea, debe&amp;nbsp;presentarse el certificado acreditativo del reconocimiento o de la homologación del título equivalente, de conformidad con la Directiva 89/48/CEE, de 21 de diciembre de 1988; el Real decreto 1665/1992 y otras normas de transposición y desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel C1 mediante un certificado expedido por la EBAP, o bien por los títulos, diplomas y certificados homologados por la consejería competente en materia de política lingüística, o los reconocidos como equivalentes por la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013, por la que se determinan los títulos de la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Abonar como derecho de examen 26,52 euros dentro del plazo de admisión de instancias, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la ordenanza municipal de precios públicos para 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La liquidación de la tasa se puede realizar a través del siguiente enlace: https://palma.tributoslocales.es/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Toda la información completa y relativa a la exención de las tasas se encuentra en el enlace o en la referida ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Se deberá adjuntar la autoliquidación de las tasas administrativas junto con la solicitud de inscripción en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas aspirantes tendrán que reunir los requisitos antes indicados dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, y no haber perdido ninguno de los requisitos en el momento de la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cualquier momento que la entidad convocante averigüe o constate de forma fehaciente la falta de los requisitos o la falsedad en la documentación o declaración presentada, el aspirante será excluido inmediatamente del proceso, y en caso de estar contratado será despedido disciplinariamente, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades de otras órdenes que se puedan derivar y que la entidad convocante se reserva las acciones legales pertinentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los procesos selectivos tendrán carácter abierto y garantizarán la libre concurrencia, de acuerdo con los principios constitucionales de igualdad, mérito y capacidad, así como el de publicidad derivado de los anteriores y las medidas de discriminación positiva previstas en el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. FUNCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Colaborar en la elaboración, planificación y ejecución del proyecto educativo del Centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Colaborar en la elaboración de la PGA, la programación de aula y la memoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ejercer como figura mediadora en las relaciones de la escuela con las familias de los niños y el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Llevar a cabo el programa educativo dentro del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Velar por la seguridad física, efectiva y emocional de los niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Elaborar la programación de aula y la memoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Elaborar material didáctico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Cumplir con las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y asumir las funciones que le sean encomendadas en materia de actuación en emergencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Realizar cualquier tarea que le sea encomendada por el superior jerárquico de entre las que corresponden al grupo, nivel, especialidad o categoría de adscripción del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. PUBLICIDAD Y PLAZO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatoria se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el BOE, en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en los tablones de anuncios del PMEI. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 20 días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de estas bases en el BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, en el plazo máximo de un mes a contar desde el plazo de finalización de presentación de las solicitudes. La relación se expondrá en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en el tablón de anuncios del PMEI. Constará el número de DNI o NIE y si corresponde la causa de no admisión. Las personas interesadas podrán presentar alegaciones y documentación de enmienda, en plazo de los dos días hábiles siguientes al de la publicación. Posteriormente, se publicará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas. En esta lista se indicará el lugar, fecha y hora de inicio de los ejercicios. No se realizarán notificaciones personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. COMPOSICIÓN DE LOS TRIBUNALES CALIFICADORES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para cada convocatoria, el tribunal calificador estará constituido por un presidente o presidenta, designado por el órgano competente, y cuatro vocales, que serán designados/as por sorteo de entre personal fijo en servicio activo que reúna los requisitos exigidos en la normativa vigente. Esta designación implicará la de los respectivos/as suplentes. El secretario/a será designado/a por votación de entre los/las vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La solicitud deberá presentarse preferentemente, a través del Registro Electrónico General de la Administración General del Estado (www.redsara.es) o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/215, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentación a aportar:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Solicitud de inscripción en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Fotocopia compulsada del DNI o NIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Fotocopia compulsada de los requisitos mínimos de titulación: Grado en educación infantil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Fotocopia compulsada del título catalán nivel C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Autoliquidación de las tasas administrativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aportación de documentos para la valoración de los méritos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se aportarán únicamente por las personas candidatas que hayan superado la fase de oposición. En el anuncio de publicación de los resultados definitivos de la fase de oposición, se abrirá plazo de diez días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación para presentar los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los méritos que se valorarán vendrán referidos a la fecha de plazo de presentación de instancias, deberán acreditarse mediante la presentación de originales o fotocopias compulsadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán aquéllos que estén adecuadamente y claramente acreditados de acuerdo con los baremos establecidos. No se tendrá en cuenta la remisión a otros expedientes de convocatorias anteriores. Las personas aspirantes trabajadores/as del PMEI podrán hacer remisión a sus expedientes personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos de los méritos presentados por las personas que no hayan superado el proceso de selección, podrán ser retirados por las personas aspirantes en el plazo de tres meses a contar desde el día siguiente de adquirir firmeza la resolución definitiva del procedimiento selectivo. De lo contrario serán destruidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La admisión de la solicitud implica la aceptación plena, de las personas aspirantes, de las presentes bases, con autorización expresa para el tratamiento de sus datos en los archivos del PMEI y publicación de resultados en los medios de comunicación que el PMEI considere, con arreglo a lo establecido en la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos exclusivamente por la finalidad objeto de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. INICIO Y DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas aspirantes se tendrán que presentar a los exámenes con su documento nacional de identidad, en cualquier momento, el tribunal podrá requerir que acrediten su identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas aspirantes serán convocadas para cada ejercicio en llamamiento único y serán excluidas de las pruebas selectivas las que no comparezcan, salvo en los casos de fuerza mayor, debidamente justificados y libremente apreciados por el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El primer ejercicio tendrá lugar el día, lugar y hora que se determine en la resolución que apruebe la lista de personas admitidas y excluidas en el proceso selectivo y tendrá lugar en el plazo máximo de 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La publicación del anuncio del segundo y sucesivos ejercicios será efectuada por el tribunal en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en el tablón de anuncios del PMEI y por cualquier otros medios que el tribunal considere oportunos para facilitar su máxima divulgación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. FASE DE OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuación máxima de la fase de oposición: 70 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Primer ejercicio, prueba de conocimientos específicos (temas recogidos en el Anexo II): de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. &lt;strong&gt;Puntuación máxima: 50 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Consistirá en desarrollar por escrito, en un tiempo máximo de tres horas, dos temas elegidos entre cuatro, designados por sorteo público en el momento del examen y ante los aspirantes. Se valorará hasta un máximo de 50 puntos. Cada tema se calificará de 0 a 25 puntos, siendo necesario obtener una calificación mínima de 25 puntos para superar este ejercicio, 12,5 por cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se valorarán fundamentalmente los conocimientos expuestos sobre los temas que correspondan, así como la claridad, el orden de ideas y la calidad de la expresión escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Segundo ejercicio, prueba de conocimientos generales (temes recollits a l'Annex III): de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. &lt;strong&gt;Puntuación máxima: 20 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Consistirá en contestar por escrito un cuestionario de 40 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas sobre el contenido del temario de la parte general, con cinco de reserva con el fin de convalidar sucesivamente, según el orden en el que se presenten en el cuestionario, aquéllas que pudieran ser objeto de anulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tiempo máximo para desarrollar este ejercicio será de 55 minutos. El ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 20 puntos, siendo necesario obtener una puntuación mínima de 10 puntos para superar este ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran las cuatro opciones en blanco como figuran con más de una respuesta, no se valorarán. Las preguntas con respuesta errónea se penalizarán con un tercio del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuación máxima de la fase de concurso son 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Consistirá en la valoración de los méritos presentados por las personas candidatas que hayan superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los méritos a valorar serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Experiencia profesional&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1 Forma de acreditación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado original o fotocopia compulsada de empresa, en el que debe constar: jornada laboral, tiempo de trabajo, categoría/grupo profesional y funciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de vida laboral expedido por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2 Valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Experiencia profesional de grupo profesional igual o análogo al de la convocatoria: 0,15 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por el cómputo de contratos a jornada completa, éste se realizará por los meses o años indicados en el certificado de vida laboral. Para el cómputo de las contrataciones a tiempo parcial, se computará la parte proporcional correspondiente, de acuerdo al porcentaje indicado en el certificado de vida laboral de la TGSS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuación máxima: 14 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3. Titulaciones académicas oficiales, distintas a los requisitos necesarios para la plaza y relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3.1.Se valoran en este apartado las titulaciones académicas de carácter oficial o cuya equivalencia tenga reconocido y establecido el Ministerio de Educación, cultura y deportes, así como los títulos propios de grado y los títulos propios de postgrado establecidos por las universidades españolas en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias, cuando estén directamente relacionadas con las funciones propias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3.2. La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valora el de nivel inferior o el 1er ciclo que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo, excepto en el supuesto del título de doctor, máster oficial o título propio de posgrado en el que si se puede valorar la licenciatura o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3.3. Se valorarán las titulaciones del mismo nivel académico o superior o de nivel inferior, a las exigidas como requisitos, sin que en ningún caso se pueda valorar la acreditada como requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4.1 Estudios de Postgrado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Por cada título de doctor/a: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Máster: los títulos de másteres universitarios oficiales (máster, especialista universitario, experto universitario, y curso de actualización universitaria) se valoran a razón de 0,025 puntos por cada crédito LRU (sistema de valoración de las enseñanzas introducido por el RD 1393/2007, de 27 de octubre) y por cada 10 ECTS (sistema europeo de transferencia de créditos) o por cada 25 horas lectivas, con un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Títulos propios de posgrado se valoran a razón de 0,015 puntos por cada crédito LRU o por cada 10 horas lectivas, ya razón de 0.065 puntos por cada crédito ECTS o por cada 25 horas lectivas, con un máximo de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los supuestos en que el máster oficial o título propio de posgrado no indique los créditos o no mencione si se tratan de créditos LRU o ECTS, se entiende que los créditos son LRU y deben computarse, de acuerdo con los párrafos anteriores, a razón de 0,025 puntos por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas lectivas, si son 10 horas lectivas, si son cada 10 horas lectivas si se trata de títulos propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4.2 Estudios universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Por cada titulación académica oficial de grado, segundo ciclo universitario o equivalente: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Por cada titulación académica oficial de diplomatura universitaria, primer ciclo universitario o equivalente: 3,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Por cada título propio de grado: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.4.3. Estudios no universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Por cada titulación académica de técnico superior de formación profesional, o equivalente: 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 4,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Cursos de formación y publicaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Se valorará la formación específica y relacionada con las funciones del grupo profesional correspondiente a la convocatoria a la que se opta, salvo los cursos del área jurídico-administrativa, los de informática nivel usuario, el curso básico de prevención de riesgos laborales y los del área de calidad e igualdad de género, que se valorarán en todo caso. El baremo de valoración es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas, seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por la Escuela Municipal de Formación, el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), la Administración del Estado, la autonómica o la local, las organizaciones sindicales, las universidades, las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquiera de ellos. En este apartado se incluyen los cursos de formación ocupacional impartidos o promovidos por el Servicio de Ocupación de las Illes Balears (SOIB), y por otras entidades u organismos locales, autonómicos o estatales con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los cursos pueden tener cualquier duración. Los créditos de aprovechamiento suponen los de asistencia; es decir, no son acumulativos la asistencia y el aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se valoran las asignaturas encaminadas a obtener las titulaciones académicas. Tampoco se valorarán los cursos de doctorado ni la impartición de asignaturas en la Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• La hora de impartición se valora con: 0,012 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• La hora de aprovechamiento se valora con: 0,005 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• La hora de asistencia o en calidad de participante se valora con: 0,002 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un crédito equivale a 10 horas de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 4,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Publicaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las publicaciones sobre estudios o trabajos en medios especializados, científicos, técnicos o profesionales sobre materias o temas relacionados con las funciones del grupo profesional objeto de la convocatoria deben justificarse con los originales o con las copias compulsadas del título del libro o de la revista, del índice donde figura el nombre del autor/ao del coautor/a y si la publicación es un libro con la copia de la copia. Se excluirán las publicaciones realizadas únicamente en las redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Libros: 1 punto si es el autor/a, 0,50 puntos si es coautor/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Capítulos de libros y artículos de más de 10 páginas: 0,50 puntos, si es el autor/a y 0,25 puntos si es coautor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Capítulos de libros y artículos de 10 páginas o menos: 0,25 puntos si es el autor/ay 0,12 puntos si es coautor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 1,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Docencia impartida de estudios académicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se valorará la docencia impartida de estudios académicos oficiales de las titulaciones incluidas en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Por cada crédito LRU o, en su caso, por cada 10 horas de docencia: 0,15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Por cada crédito ECTS o, en su caso, por cada 25 horas de docencia: 0,375 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el supuesto de que el certificado no indique los créditos o no mencione si se trate de créditos LRU o ECTS, debe entenderse que son LRU y deben computarse, de acuerdo con el párrafo anterior a razón de 0,15 puntos por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas de docencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La docencia de una misma materia o contenido sólo debe valorarse una vez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 2,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se valoran como mérito los conocimientos orales y escritos de catalán superiores a los exigidos como requisito del puesto de trabajo, de acuerdo con la siguiente escala:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- certificado de nivel C2: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- certificado de nivel LA: 1 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. CALIFICACIÓN DE MERITOS Y ORDEN DE CLASIFICACIÓN DEFINITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles, desde la publicación de los resultados de la fase de oposición, se publicará el acta del Tribunal con el resultado de la valoración de los méritos, otorgando a los candidatos tres días hábiles para poder presentar alegaciones. Si se solicita la revisión presencial, se les citará en el número de teléfono y dirección de correo electrónico indicado en la solicitud, para que comparezcan a tal efecto en el plazo de dos días hábiles siguientes –sin posibilidad de prórroga-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. RESULTADO FINAL DEL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Tribunal publicará el resultado final del proceso de selección en el plazo máximo de tres días hábiles siguientes una vez finalizadas las comparecencias de las personas candidatas que hayan solicitado la revisión presencial o en su caso, desde la finalización del plazo de alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La calificación final del proceso será el resultado de sumar las puntuaciones obtenidas en la fase de oposición y en la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El orden de clasificación de las personas aspirantes se establecerá en función de la calificación total obtenida, ordenadas de mayor a menor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Integrarán el bolsín aquellas personas candidatas que hayan obtenido puntuación igual o superior a la mínima requerida para superar las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El funcionamiento del bolsín se regulará de acuerdo a lo previsto en el aparte 13 de las Bases generales que deben regir las convocatorias de pruebas selectivas para cubrir plazas vacantes de la plantilla del personal del PMEI (BOIB núm. 7 de 13 de enero de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. VIGENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El bolsín tiene una vigencia máxima de 4 años desde que se publique la resolución de las personas que han superado este proceso selectivo. Una vez haya transcurrido este período de tiempo el bolsín pierde su vigencia y no se puede reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la convocatoria y las presentes bases, que agotan la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados ​​recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 26/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde la mañana siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidad del tratamiento:&lt;/strong&gt; Los datos serán tratados con el fin de llevar a cabo el proceso selectivo, y la posterior adjudicación de plazas a las personas seleccionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legitimación:&lt;/strong&gt; El tratamiento de los datos personales es necesario para cumplir con una obligación legal y para conseguir el interés público, como es la selección del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas de acuerdo con los principios constitucionales de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La legislación aplicable es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- El texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- La Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. — Las letras c) y e) del artículo 6.1 del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de datos personales ya la libre circulación de estos datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 28 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, salvo que conste la oposición del interesado, el Patronato Municipal de Escuelas de Niños, mediante una consulta a las plataformas de intermediación de datos u otros sistemas habilitados al efecto, de conocimientos de lengua catalana, las titulaciones académicas oficiales y los méritos, así como, en su caso, el certificado acreditativo de discapacidad y el dictamen de aptitud para el ejercicio de las funciones de la categoría a la que se opta, emitido por los equipos multiprofesionales de la Dirección General de Dependencia, o del organismo público equivalente. Estos datos se obtendrán de la Administración General del Estado y de otros órganos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consentimiento para el tratamiento de datos:&lt;/strong&gt; La presentación de la solicitud para el proceso selectivo supone el conocimiento y aceptación inequívocos del aspirante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que hará el órgano competente y únicamente para los fines establecidos. (Incluido en datos relativos a la salud)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Destinatarios de los datos personales:&lt;/strong&gt; se cederán los datos a los siguientes organismos o personas, a efectos de cumplir lo que prevé la legislación vigente en materia de selección de personal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tribunal calificador del proceso: para el desarrollo y la valoración de la prueba y de los méritos alegados y acreditados del proceso selectivo previsto en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Órgano competente Patronato Municipal de Escuelas de Niños de Palma: Para el nombramiento del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares: En aplicación de las obligaciones que prevé la normativa para seleccionar empleados públicos con las previsiones que establece la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Otros participantes en el procedimiento selectivo: En virtud del principio de transparencia que rige los procedimientos selectivos de acceso a la función pública, los aspirantes podrán solicitar la consulta de los méritos alegados por otros participantes para comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso selectivo. En ningún caso, podrán obtener los datos de contacto de otros aspirantes, como por ejemplo la dirección postal, el número de teléfono o la dirección de correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Administración de justicia: en caso de que algún juzgado o tribunal requiera el expediente del procedimiento, la Administración remitirá los datos personales que consten en la Administración de justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- No se cederán los datos personales a otros organismos o terceros, salvo que exista obligación legal o interés legítimo, de acuerdo con el RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de conservación de los datos personales:&lt;/strong&gt; los plazos de conservación de los datos serán los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los previstos en la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley orgánica 3/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Existencia de decisiones automatizadas:&lt;/strong&gt; No se producirán decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, con los datos personales de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Transferencias de datos a terceros países:&lt;/strong&gt; Los datos no se transferirán a terceros países.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ejercicio de derechos y reclamaciones:&lt;/strong&gt; las personas afectadas por el tratamiento de datos personales tienen derecho a solicitar al Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y de Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios la confirmación de que sus datos son objeto de tratamiento, el acceso a sus datos personales, la información, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación o la oposición al tratamiento y la no inclusión en tratamiento y no inclusión en tratamiento en su caso, en los términos establecidos por el RGPD). También tendrán derecho a la portabilidad de los datos en los términos que el ejercicio de este derecho pueda afectar al proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El ejercicio de estos derechos puede solicitarse ante el responsable del tratamiento mencionado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
