    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En reunión ordinaria del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de fecha 10 de octubre de 2025 se acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 9 de octubre de 2025 el secretario general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa emitió un informe propuesta del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;INFORME PROPUESTA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 8 de octubre de 2025 se emitió un informe por parte de la jefa de Sección de Selección, Provisión y Planificación de Recursos Humanos, del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes de hecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 23 de diciembre de 2022, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa aprobó las bases específicas de la convocatoria para la selección y provisión definitiva de dieciocho plazas de bombero/a, correspondientes a las ofertas de ocupación pública de los años 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 y 2023 por turno libre, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Revisadas las bases específicas publicadas, se ha observado un error, que hace que se proceda a su rectificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 30 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, dispone que las administraciones publicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Habiéndose observado que en el informe técnico para la aprobación de las bases específicas se produjo un error de transcipción que se reprodujo en el resto de documentación del expediente, hasta su aprobación definitiva, este se tiene que corregir en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN Y VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El sistema de selección será el de concurso-oposición y constará de las siguientes fases, obligatorias y eliminatorias para todas las personas aspirantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Primera fase de oposición: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero: evaluación psicotécnica, que se valorará como apto/apta o no apto/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo: prueba física: valoración máxima de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero: prueba teórica, con una valoración máxima de 60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Segundo fase de concurso, con una valoración máxima de 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tercera fase:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reconocimiento médico, que se tiene que superar para seguir el proceso, se valorará como apto/apta o no apto/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Curso de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Período de prácticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El orden de clasificación definitiva, lo determinará la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas en las fases de oposición y de concurso así como haber superado como apto/apta la fase tercera (reconocimiento médico, formación y las prácticas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo previsto el previsto en el punto primero letra j del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 20190000484, de 16 de julio de 2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell Insular d'eivissa (BOIB n.º 98 EXT, de 17-7-2019, modificaciones en el BOIB n.º 175, de 31-12-2019, en el BOIB n.º 101, de 4-6-2020, y al BOIB n.º 153 de 5-09-2020), en cuanto a la competencia de los consejeros ejecutivos y consejeras ejecutivas para resolver en materias propias del Departamento, los expedientes que afecten derechos o intereses particulares que no estén atribuidos a otros órganos; y en relación con aquello previsto en el número siete del punto tercero del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 20190000471, de 10 de julio de 2019, de estructura del Gobierno y creación de departamentos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB n.º 95, de 11-07-2019, modificaciones en el BOIB n.º 175, de 31-12-2019, al BOIB n.º 101, de 4-6-2020 y al BOIB n.º 153 de 5-9-2020 y al BOIB n.º 117 de 6-9-2022), corresponde resolver a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo anterior, informo favorablemente y de acuerdo con el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de Consejos Insulares, propongo a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, que eleve al Consejo Ejecutivo la siguiente PROPUESTA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la rectificación de las bases específicas para a la selección y provisión definitiva de dieciocho plazas de bomber/a, correspondientes a las ofertas de ocupación pública de los años 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 y 2023 por turno libre, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de diciembre de 2022 en el sentido expresado en el punto 2 de los fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El orden de clasificación definitiva, lo determinará la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas en las fases de oposición y de concurso así como haber superado como apto/apta la fase tercera (reconocimiento médico, formación y las prácticas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La competencia para resolver le corresponde al Consejo Ejecutivo en virtud de las competencias que le vienen atribuidas por el artículo 28.e de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, en concordancia con el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000467, de 28 de junio de 2023 de estructura del Gobierno del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y creación de Departamentos (BOIB núm.88, de 29 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, eleva al Consejo Ejecutivo, en virtud del artículo 72.d del Reglamento orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, de 18 de septiembre de 2010, rectificación de errores en BOIB núm. 148, de 14 de octubre de 2010), la siguiente propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO. APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la rectificación de las bases específicas para a la selección y provisión definitiva de dieciocho plazas de bomber/a, correspondientes a las ofertas de ocupación pública de los años 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 y 2023 por turno libre, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de diciembre de 2022 en el sentido expresado en el punto 2 de los fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Primera fase de oposición: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero: evaluación psicotécnica, que se valorará como apto/apta o no apto/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo: prueba física: valoración máxima de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero: prueba teórica, con una valoración máxima de 60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Segundo fase de concurso, con una valoración máxima de 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tercera fase:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reconocimiento médico, que se tiene que superar para seguir el proceso, se valorará como apto/apta o no apto/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Curso de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
