es 2025-10-11 ![CDATA[Resolución de denegación de subvenciones en el marco de la convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a entidades sin ánimo de lucro para el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca, año 2025]] 2025-10-11 CAIB 2025-10-09 728060 es 860 ![CDATA[<p><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span><strong>BDNS: 813184</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">En fecha 2 de octubre de 2025, el vicepresidente segundo y consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes dictó la resolución siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><strong>“Antecedentes</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. En fecha 5 de febrero de 2025, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca aprobó la convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a entidades sin ánimo de lucro, consistente en una ayuda económica para el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva a Mallorca para el año 2025. El extracto de esta convocatoria se publicó en el BOIB nº. 22, de 18 de febrero de 2025.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y una vez comprobada y revisada la documentación justificativa presentada por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[para|por]&gt;</span> las entidades solicitantes, en el marco de la convocatoria mencionada, se ha tramitado la denegación de todas las solicitudes que no reúnen los requisitos para obtener la condición de beneficiario.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El importe de la convocatoria era de 900.000,00 €, se han presentado un total de 350 solicitudes de subvención de las cuales se han concedido subvenciones a 314 entidades por un importe total de 855.792,34 € y se han denegado un total de 36 solicitudes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Con fecha de 29 de septiembre de 2025 se ha emitido informe jurídico sobre la desestimación de la solicitud de subvención de las que ahora se deniegan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Esta resolución al no tener contenido económico no está sujeto al régimen de fiscalización previa.</span></p> <p><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. La Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca aprobada el día 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017) y modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a entidades sin ánimo de lucro, consistente en una ayuda económica por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva en Mallorca, año 2025 especialmente los puntos 3 (beneficiarios), 7 y 8 (Gastos subvencionables), 12 (Régimen de concesión), 14 (Plazo y lugar<span style="display:none">&lt;A[lugar|sitio]&gt;</span> de presentación de solicitudes), y 18 (Supuesto de denegación).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El arte. 33.2 k) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (BOIB nº. 88, de 7 de julio de 2022) corresponde a los consejeros<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejeros|consellers]&gt;</span> ejecutivos como titulares de sus departamentos las atribuciones de resolver las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.
