    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público para general conocimiento que en fecha 02.10.2025 la Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís ha dictado la siguiente Resolución de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 831, de fecha 20.06.2023, se nombraron a los concejales/as que debían formar parte de la Junta de Gobierno Local, y al mismo tiempo, se procedió al nombramiento de los Tenientes/as de Alcaldía; posteriormente, mediante Resolución núm. 763 de fecha 13.06.2025 se procedió a modificar, tanto la composición de la Junta como los Tenientes/as de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Pleno del pasado mes de septiembre se hizo efectiva la dimisión del segundo Teniente de Alcaldía, Alberto Herrán de Viu, situación que conlleva la conveniencia de designar nuevo integrante de la Junta de Gobierno Local y Teniente/a de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad a lo previsto en los artículos 20 y 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de régimen local, y los artículos 22 y 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dejar sin efecto el nombramiento del Sr. Alberto Herrán de Viu como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local y como segundo Teniente de Alcaldía, nombramientos efectuados mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 831, de fecha 20.06.2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto el nombramiento del concejal Jorge de Diego Capellán, efectuado mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 831, de fecha 20.06.2023, como tercer Teniente de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local a la Sra. Chiara Berini Re&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar Tenientes/as de Alcaldía a los siguientes miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sr. Jorge de Diego Capellán, segundo Teniente de Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sra. Chiara Berini Re, tercera Teniente de Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta Resolución al Sr. De Diego y a la Sra. Berini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Los nombramientos serán efectivos a partir del siguiente al de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de la presente Resolución al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
