    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Regidora de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución núm. 22679, de 25 de septiembre de 2025&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha dictado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Subsanar la resolución núm. 13388, de 15 de octubre de 2024, de aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases específicas del concurso oposición por promoción interna para cubrir 17 plazas de Oficial de la Policía Local de Palma, correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo del año 2021 (BOIB núm. 137, de 19 de octubre de 2024), en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“c) Con el fin de acreditar el requisito establecido en el apartado 4.1.j), por parte del Área delegada de Función Pública se convocará a las personas aspirantes a realizar un reconocimiento médico a efectos de valorar que no sufren ninguna enfermedad o defecto físico o psicofísico que impida o merme el desarrollo correcto de las funciones, en relación con el cuadro de exclusiones que establece el anexo 5 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La realización de este reconocimiento implica el consentimiento de las personas aspirantes para que los resultados del mismo sean puestos a disposición del Tribunal Calificador con la finalidad expresada en el apartado anterior.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de decir&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“c) Con el fin de acreditar el requisito establecido en el apartado 4.1.j), se deberá presentar un certificado médico que acredite la aptitud para desarrollar las funciones propias de la categoría a la que se accede”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Subsanar la resolución núm. 13388, de 15 de octubre de 2024, de aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases específicas del concurso oposición por promoción interna para cubrir 17 plazas de Oficial de la Policía Local de Palma, correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo del año 2021 (BOIB núm. 137, de 19 de octubre de 2024), en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ANEXO 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuación de la fase de concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de decir&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ANEXO II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuación de la fase de concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en su página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
