    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;Vista el acta n.º 8 del tribunal calificador de la convocatoria por la cobertura de una plaza de técnico/a informático C1 como personal funcionario de carrera. (BOIB n.º 23, de fecha 1 de marzo de 2025). Viste aquello que dispone la base doceava de las bases reguladoras del proceso de selección donde se establece:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«La Alcaldía, a la vista de la propuesta del Tribunal, dictará resolución por la cual ordenará la publicación al tablón de anuncios del sitio web del Ayuntamiento y al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de los aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local; el artículo 136 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril; y el artículo 7 del Real Decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el cual se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a que tiene que ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de la Administración Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
