&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;«Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Dada la resolución de alcaldía de 18 de marzo de 2025, por la que se aprueban las bases para cubrir como personal funcionario de carrera 2 plazas vacantes de la categoría de agente de la Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Campos, publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 36, de 22 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Dada la publicación del extracto de las bases en el BOE número 78, de 1 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Realizadas las correspondientes pruebas del proceso selectivo y resueltas las alegaciones, día 29 de septiembre de 2025 se ha hecho público el anuncio del Tribunal calificador sobre la relación definitiva de aspirantes que han superado las pruebas del proceso selectivo, relación de la que se desprende que han superado las pruebas un total de 4 aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Dado que en la misma fecha, el Tribunal Calificador ha acordado elevar al órgano competente la relación de las tres personas que han obtenido mayor puntuación y que deben ser nombradas personal funcionario en prácticas. Los aspirantes seleccionados, de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida, son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Los sistemas de acceso a las diferentes categorías de los cuerpos de policía local vienen regulados en la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, con la modificación efectuada por la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre, y en el título IX del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; La cláusula primera de las Bases que rigen el proceso establece el objeto de la convocatoria, que es la cobertura de 2 plazas de la categoría de policía local, vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente, correspondientes a la Oferta de Empleo Público del año 2025, por el sistema de acceso de turno libre y procedimiento de selección de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; La cláusula undécima de las bases de referencia determinan que el plazo de presentación de los documentos acreditativos de cumplimiento de los requisitos que exige la convocatoria se inicia desde la fecha de publicación de la resolución de aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que deben ser nombrados funcionarios en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello, y en virtud de las competencias conferidas en el artículo 21.1.h de la Ley 7/1985, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, tengo a bien dictar la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Aprobar la siguiente relación de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, y que serán nombradas personal funcionario en prácticas del Ayuntamiento de Campos, de la categoría de Policía Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Requerir a las personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo para que, en el plazo de 20 días hábiles desde la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears aporten la documentación detallada en la cláusula undécima de las Bases, y en su caso, la documentación que acredite que el aspirante ya dispone del curso de capacitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica municipal y en el portal de transparencia de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante esta Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de forma 1 de octubre, de 1 de octubre, contencioso administrativo, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos mencionados y en los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, a interponer ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
