    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;EL Pleno Municipal, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 25 de septiembre de 2025, tomó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Modificación parcial RPT y plantilla de personal. Eliminar ID 76 y crear ID 29&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que se ha incoado el expediente por modificar la plantilla orgánica y la relación de puestos de trabajo en relación a suprimir ID 76 y crear ID 29.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que el Ayuntamiento de Muro cuenta con un número de plazas de profesor/a de la Escuela Municipal de Música superior al necesario para impartir las materias actuales. Concretamente, se constata un exceso de una (1) plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto las necesidades de creación de una (1) plaza de arquitecta/a municipal, poder llevar a cabo las tareas que realizaba el sr. Manuel Velasco Maíllo como ingeniero de caminos, canales y puertos mediante contratación externa del Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El principio de buena administración exige una adaptación continua de la organización a los cambios producidos de forma que ésta reproduzca una imagen fiel de la realidad económica y organizativa subyacente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerando que la propuesta de modificación ha sido objeto de negociación previa en fecha 20 de mayo de 2025 en la mesa de negociación, por aplicación de lo dispuesto en los artículos 34 y 37.1.c) del texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre -TREBEP- habiéndose llegado acuerdo con las organizaciones sindicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerando que la aprobación de la plantilla y de la relación de puestos de trabajo y, por consiguiente, de sus modificaciones, corresponde al Ayuntamiento Pleno, en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 22.2.i) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local -LRBRL-,. sin que tal atribución pueda ser objeto de delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerando que la propuesta de modificación supone modificación de la plantilla orgánica aprobada junto con el Presupuesto municipal, debiendo seguirse, por tanto, los mismos trámites que para la aprobación del Presupuesto municipal, para así exigirlo el artículo 126.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las Disposiciones Legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, con diez votos a favor de los grupos municipales EL PI, UIM, PP, CDM, MÁS POR MURO, y dos abstenciones del grupo municipal SOCIALISTA,, acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla orgánica y la relación de puestos de trabajo, según la siguiente descripción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Escuela de Música&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
