    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. alcalde-presidente de este Ayuntamiento, por Decreto de Alcaldía de 24 de septiembre, resuelve rectificar los siguientes errores materiales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA n.º 2025-0862&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que por Decreto de Alcaldía nº 0715 de 29-07-25 se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases de selección del proceso selectivo, de dos plazas de Técnico de Administración General, como personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem, mediante concurso-oposición, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en fecha 07-08-25, se publicaron en el BOIB n.º 105, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 169 del Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, y vistas las convocatorias anteriores hechas, se ha detectado un error material en las bases del proceso selectivo, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas el cual establece que los errores materiales, de hechos o aritméticos detectados en los actos administrativos podrán ser rectificados en cualquier momento, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por el presente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar el error material detectado en las bases del procedimiento selectivo para la cobertura de dos plazas de Técnico de Administración General, como personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem, mediante concurso-oposición, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
