    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Regiduría del Área de Medio natural, Entornos Saludables, Mercados e Innovación, mediante resolución nº 22702, de fecha 25/09/2025, SEGRA 785866, adoptó la siguiente Resolución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Fijar los servicios mínimos consistentes en la dotación de socorristas que tiene que cumplir el servicio en cada playa del término municipal de Palma, de acuerdo con el que establecen los Planes de salvamento registrados a la Dirección General de Emergencias e interior, con motivo de la huelga indefinida convocada a partir del próximo día 28 de septiembre, en horario de prestación del servicio (de 11:00 h a 19:00 h), afectando las playas de Palma, Cala Estancia, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pere Antoni, Portixol, Es Carnatge y Cala Mayor, y de acuerdo con el informe sobre los servicios mínimos que tiene que cumplir el servicio de salvamento, rescate y socorrismo del Ayuntamiento de Palma con motivo de la huelga propuesta: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PLAYA SOCORRISTAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cala Mayor 6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Can Pere Antoni 6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ciudad Jardín 5 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cala Estancia 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Playa de Palma 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Portixol 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Dar traslado de la presente resolución a la empresa adjudicataria, así como a la Policía Local, a la Dirección General de Emergencias y de Interior de la CAIB, a la Dirección General de Trabajo de la CAIB y a otros organismos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.- Publicar en el BOIB la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
