&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 9 de febrero de 2024 se inició el proceso unificado de selección (BOIB núm. 21, de 13 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los ayuntamientos interesados, mediante sendas resoluciones de alcaldía, delegaron la competencia para la ejecución del proceso unificado de selección para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía de los cuerpos de policía local. Los ayuntamientos delegantes fueron:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artà (BOIB núm. 28, de 24 de febrero de 2024); Ciudadela (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrero de 2024); Ferreries (BOIB núm. 32, de 5 de marzo de 2024); Lloseta (BOIB núm. 32, de 5 de marzo de 2024); Llubí (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrero de 2024); Llucmajor (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de marzo de 2024); Maó (BOIB núm. 29, de 27 de febrero de 2024); Muro (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrero de 2024); Palma (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrero de 2024); Pollença (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de marzo de 2024); Sa Pobla (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrero de 2024); Sant Antoni de Portmany (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de marzo de 2024); Sencelles (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrero de 2024); Sóller (BOIB núm. 23, de 23 de febrero de 2024); Son Servera (BOIB núm. 31, de 2 marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 20 de marzo de 2024 se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases, los temarios y los ejercicios, y se designó el tribunal calificador de las pruebas selectivas del proceso unificado mencionado (BOIB núm. 44, de 2 de abril de 2024, modificado en BOIB núm. 46, de 6 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 8 de octubre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 133, de 10 de octubre de 2024), aprobó la relación de personas aspirantes que superaron las pruebas selectivas de la fase de oposición y adjudicación de plazas del proceso unificado para cubrir las plazas de la categoría de policía de los municipios de Artà, &amp;nbsp;Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller y Son Servera y que debían ser nombradas personal funcionario en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El 14 de octubre de 2024 se notificó a los ayuntamientos de d'Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller y Son Servera el nombre de los aspirantes que debían superar la fase de prácticas en estos mismos ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El 12 de junio de 2025, el Ayuntamiento de Maó envió a la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública el informe del jefe de policía correspondiente a las puntuaciones obtenidas por el aspirante Gabriel Piris Mascaró en el período de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El 17 de junio de 2025, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública remitió al Tribunal Calificador el citado informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El 23 de septiembre de 2025, el Tribunal Calificador remitió a la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública acta de la sesión 89-2025, de 2 de julio, en la que se aprueba la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes declaradas aptas de la fase de prácticas del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La normativa aplicable es la siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El artículo 103 de la Constitución española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, y el Decreto 28/2015, de 30 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, que rige este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de Coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears se modifica el decreto 55/2017. de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Resolución de la Consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 20 de marzo de 2024 por la que se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases, los temarios y los ejercicios, y se designó el tribunal calificador de las pruebas selectivas del proceso unificado del año 2023 para cubrir varias plazas de la categoría de policía de los municipios de Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller y Son Servera, publicado en el BOIB núm. 44, de 2 de abril de 2024, modificado en BOIB núm. 46, de 6 de abril de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Los acuerdos de delegación de competencias en la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública para la ejecución del procedimiento selectivo para cubrir las vacantes de la categoría de policía de los cuerpos de la Policía local, adoptados por los ayuntamientos siguientes y publicados en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son Servera (BOIB núm. 31, de 2 marzo de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, vistas las propuestas del Tribunal Calificador de fecha 2 de julio de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la relación definitiva de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, incluido el periodo de prácticas, del proceso especial unificado para cubrir las plazas de la categoría de policía de los ayuntamientos de Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller y Son Servera, que debe ser nombrados funcionarios de carrera por los ayuntamientos respectivos. Esta relación queda aprobada en los términos que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en la página web &amp;lt;http://oposicions.caib.es&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Notificar esta resolución a los ayuntamientos interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante los alcaldes de los ayuntamientos delegantes, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Ahora bien, como consecuencia de la delegación de competencias efectuadas por los ayuntamientos, estos recursos se podrán presentar en el registro de la Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, dirigidos a la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, competentes para resolverlos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
