Se incluye en el grupo de taxis, que tienen acceso cuando estén de servicio. Para los taxis del resto de la isla: solo para recoger o dejar la clientela en la zona. Se incluye en el grupo de servicios esenciales para la comunidad: servicios públicos, telecomunicaciones, electricidad, gas, correos y telégrafos, funerarios y aquellos otros de reconocida necesidad para la colectividad de la zona restringida.
