    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el escrito presentado por la Dirección General de Trabajo y Salud Laboral del Govern Balear en el que solicita que se fijen y publiquen los servicios mínimos necesarios para garantizar la correcta prestación del servicio público afectado según el procedimiento establecido a raíz del preaviso de huelga comunicado por la empresa MARSAVE MALLORCA S.L, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el escrito presentado por la concesionaria del servicio público de vigilancia, salvamento, socorrismo y accesibilidad en las playas del municipio de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en el que comunica el preaviso de huelga legal de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el RDL 17/1977 de 4 de marzo, el Art. 28.2 de la CE y Sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional planteada por sus trabajadores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la providencia de Alcaldía solicitando informe técnico sobre la determinación de los servicios mínimos a realizar por los trabajadores de la empresa MARSAVE MALLORCA S.L durante la celebración de la huelga indefinida convocada para todos los sábados y domingos a partir del día 28 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2025/4835 de 23 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todo lo cual, resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Atendiendo al artículo 20 del Decreto 27/2015, de 24 de abril, de modificación del Decreto 2/2005, de 14 de enero, regulador de las medidas mínimas de seguridad y protección que tienen que cumplir las playas y zonas de baño de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, los horarios de prestación de los servicios mínimos serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la temporada alta, al menos desde las 10 horas hasta las 18 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la temporada media, al menos desde las 11 horas hasta las 17 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la temporada baja, se recomienda desde las 12 horas hasta las 16 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que actualmente nos encontramos en temporada media y ésta se prolonga hasta el 14 de octubre, hasta esa fecha se deberá cubrir el tramo horario desde las 11 horas hasta las 17 horas; a partir del 15 de octubre y hasta el mismo 31, cuando se implementa la temporada baja, el tramo horario que deberá cubrirse comprende desde las 12 horas hasta las 16 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;En lo referente al personal mínimo necesario, en los presentes servicios mínimos no se contempla una reducción del personal, ya que éste se ajusta al mínimo contemplado por el Decreto 27/2015, y de lo contrario se incurriría en un incumplimiento de la norma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
