![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Muro, en sesión ordinaria de día 22 de septiembre de 2025 acordó:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMERO</strong>. Aprobar las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones relativas a actividades deportivas y de fomento del deporte para el ejercicio 2025.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>. Autorizar el gasto a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 3410.48900 del Presupuesto General de gastos de 2025.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>. Publicar las Bases al BOIB y en la página web de la Corporación:</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>BASES QUE TIENEN QUE REGIR LA CONVOCATORIA PÚBLICA DE SUBVENCIONES RELATIVAS A ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS Y DE FOMENTO DEL DEPORTE PARA El EJERCICIO 2025.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Muro para el ejercicio de 2025, se convoca la concesión de subvenciones relativas <strong>a actividades deportivas y de fomento del deporte</strong>.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",Times,serif">Esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad, así como por los de eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados y eficiencia en la asignación y la utilización de los recursos públicos.</span></p>
<p><strong>Primera. Objeto</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",Times,serif">El objeto de estas bases es regular la concesión de ayudas y subvenciones económicas, que otorga el Ayuntamiento de Muro para la realización de programas y actividades de promoción y participación deportiva.</span></p>
<p><strong>Segunda. Importe y consignación presupuestaria</strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para las subvenciones que regulan estas bases se destina un importe máximo de 52.700,00 €, a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 3410.48900 del Presupuesto General de gastos para el 2025. Se destinarán 45.200,00 € a entidades deportivas y/o asociaciones deportivas locales con deportistas en edad escolar y 7.500,00 € a entidades deportivas y/o asociaciones deportivas locales sin deportistas en edad escolar.</span></span></p>
<p><strong>Tercera. Beneficiario</strong><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",Times,serif">s</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serán beneficiarios de estas subvenciones las personas y/o entidades jurídicas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A) Requisitos para entidades deportivas y/o asociaciones deportivas locales con deportistas en edad escolar:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serán subvencionables las actividades físicas deportivas realizadas por clubes, asociaciones y entidades deportivas, legalmente constituidas y reconocidas (inscritas en el Registro de la Dirección General de Deportes y Registro Municipal de Asociaciones). Y que tengan deportistas en edad escolar en el año de petición de la subvención y en los 5 últimos años, con un mínimo del 30% del grosor de su tejido humano deportivo. A no ser, que sea entidad o asociación de nueva creación y por tanto se exime el requisito de los 5 años.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No serán objeto de subvención las actividades con carácter lucrativo, ni los gastos destinados a inversiones.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los Estatutos de la entidad tienen que contemplar la práctica de la actividad física y/o deportiva.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serán subvencionables actividades físicas deportivas realizadas por clubes, asociaciones y entidades deportivas que realicen actividades periódicas con el Servicio Municipal de Deportes o con el Ayuntamiento de Muro.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el momento de la solicitud no podrá ser beneficiario de otra subvención para promover la misma actividad otorgada por otras entidades públicas o privadas, con una cuantía superior al 50% de su coste.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">B) Requisitos para entidades deportivas y/o asociaciones deportivas locales sin deportistas en edad escolar:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serán subvencionables las actividades físicas deportivas realizadas por clubes, asociaciones y entidades deportivas, legalmente constituidas y reconocidas (inscritas en el Registro de la Dirección General de Deportes y Registro Municipal de Asociaciones).</span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quinta. Documentación a presentar</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una única instancia con la siguiente documentación:</span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"> </p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Número de registro de la entidad en el registro general de la *DGE o documentación acreditativa de haber solicitado la inscripción.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Declaración jurada donde se hagan constar las subvenciones otorgadas o solicitadas otros organismos públicos o bien, de no percibir o no haber solicitado cabe otro y de no encontrarse inmersa en ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas de jefe otro procedimiento sancionador.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Certificado de estar al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Memoria de la actividad: datos de la entidad, objetivos, relacionar el número de equipos y las categorías de los mismos, número total de deportistas, ámbito de competición, entrenadores o monitores, actividades, torneos, competiciones, clasificaciones...</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Memoria justificativa de la actividad del año anterior.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Memoria económica de la entidad donde tienen que constar: presupuestos, facturas y comprobantes de pago de las mismas.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Certificado bancario de los datos de la cuenta corriente de la entidad donde se solicita que se efectúe el ingreso de la subvención que, si se tercia, se conceda. Si ya han sido beneficiarios de alguna subvención por parte del Ayuntamiento de Muro, esta documentación no se tiene que volver a presentar.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8. Resto de documentación que la persona solicitando crea de interés aportar.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9. Rellenar ANEXO 1: parrilla de número de licencias de deportistas de la entidad.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Ayuntamiento realizará la comprobación de la inscripción de la entidad en el registro de asociaciones del municipio, que la entidad está al corriente de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social impuestas por la normativa vigente, así como de no tener ninguna deuda con el propio ayuntamiento.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La fecha máxima de presentación de instancias será de 15 días naturales a contar desde la fecha de publicación al BOIB.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Toda la documentación a aportar se tiene que enviar mediante sede electrónica tal como recoge el Artículo 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Sexta. Órganos competentes para instruir y resolver el procedimiento.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El órgano instructor son los servicios administrativos municipales encargados del Área de Deportes.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta área realizará de oficio todas las actuaciones que estime necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos, así como el análisis previo de las solo. licitudes de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en las bases específicas.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Cuando se observen defectos u omisiones en las solicitudes o se considere necesario ampliar la información, se emplazará al solicitante, porque, en el plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles, enmiende las carencias o aporte los documentos, advirtiéndole que, si no lo hace así, se tendrá por cejado en su solicitud.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El órgano competente para la concesión de las subvenciones es la Junta de Gobierno municipal, previo informe del regidor delegado del área de deportes.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Séptima. Justificación de la subvención</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para justificar la subvención se tiene que presentar la siguiente documentación:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Memoria económica, justificando la cantidad otorgada, con aportación de facturas, comprobantes de pago, recibos, contratos, compromisos firmes u otros documento de valor probatorio originales o fotocopias cotejadas, que acrediten que la inversión se ha realizado y se ha destinado a los fines para los cuales se ha concedido la subvención.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Octava. Normativa complementaria.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para todo el que no prevén estas bases lo es la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones.</span></span></p>
