&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución/acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, de conformidad con los artículos 112 y 114 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto recurrido (salvo que se trate de un acto dictado por delegación en cuyo caso corresponderá la resolución al órgano delegante), en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación/publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación/publicación de acuerdo con los artículos 8.1, 25, 45 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel no sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, la cual se producirá si transcurre un mes sin que se haya dictado y notificado una resolución expresa sobre el recurso presentado, puede interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de seis meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que estime procedente.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
