    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera acordó, mediante decreto de 11 de junio del 2025, la caducidad y archivo del expediente sancionador en materia de horarios PS 2024/1939, iniciado, en su día, contra la persona que se menciona a continuación, por la presunta comisión de una infracción GRAVE del artículo 34 de la Ordenanza de regulación de horarios, de amenización y ambientación musical, y de las condiciones de instalación de los establecimientos, espectáculos públicos y actividades recreativas (BOIB núm. 17, de 6 de febrero de 2018) por haber superado el horario de cierre del establecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
