&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- El anuncio de la interposición del recurso por el Procurador GONZALO BERNAL GARCIA, en nombre y representación de ENTIDAD LOCAL DE PALMANYOLA, contra el Acuerdo de fecha 22/05/2025, adoptado en sesión celebrada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, consistente en la aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola Plantilla de personal para el ejercicio 2025, -donde se acuerda desestimar las alegaciones presentadas por la Entidad Local Menor de Palmanyola de 6 de mayo de 2025 contra la aprobación inicial del presupuesto de Bunyola del ejercicio 025, publicada al Boib nº 45, de fecha 12 de abril de 2025, donde se cuantifica la asignación anual a la Entidad Local Menor de Palmanyola por importe de 518.000 euros- y cuya aprobación definitiva fue publicada en el BOIB núm. 67, de fecha 27 de mayo de 2025.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Librar el oficio correspondiente para su publicación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
