&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Examinada la documentación que acompaña al expediente se ha comprobado que según indica el informe de secretaría no se siguió el procedimiento a llevar a cabo de publicación de los edictos en el tablón electrónico del Ayuntamiento y a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica, así como tampoco se anunció en el Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción del Partido o Juzgado Decano y en el propio Juzgado de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que hubo dos solicitudes presentadas en el plazo que indicaba la publicación del BOIB núm. 29 de 6 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Legislación aplicable es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— El Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 99 a 103 y artículo 395 de la Ley orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de Julio, del poder judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Los artículos 22.2 P) y 22.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2025/1265 de 12 / de setiembre / 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, y concretamente con arreglo al artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Desistir de los trámites anteriores con motivo de incumplimiento del procedimiento de publicación del anuncio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Volver a realizar la publicación correctamente abriendo de nuevo el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar a los interesados esta Resolución a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo manda y firma el sr. Alcalde-Presidente, ante mí la Secretaria-Interventora que firma a los solos efectos de dar fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
