    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Llubi, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 26 de agosto de 2025, a propuesta de la Alcaldesa, aprueba inicialmente el expediente nº 26/2025 de modificación de créditos dentro del Presupuesto Municipal de 2025, por suplemento de créditos con cargo al Remanente de Tesorería disponible del ejercicio anterior. Queda expuesto al público por plazo de quince días hábiles, a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB, durante los cuales podrá ser examinado en la Secretaria del Ayuntamiento y presentarse las reclamaciones que se estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se formula reclamación alguna, el expediente se entenderá aprobado definitivamente, por haber sido así dispuesto en el acuerdo de aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de lo que disponen los art. 169 y 177.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladoras las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
