&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Con fecha 15 de enero de 2025, tuvo entrada en la Subdirección de Contabilidad y Análisis, por medio de VALIB, la documentación para tramitar la aceptación de la donación de equipamiento diverso, valorado en 99.063,14 €, hecha por Stella Holding Di Gianni Chiarva, a favor del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, destinado al Hospital Can Misses. La documentación y la descripción de cada equipamiento es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Escrito de ofrecimiento del representante de Stella Holding Di Gianni Chiarva, por cada equipamiento ofrecido, donde se establece la donación de cada equipo descrito con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Báscula Liko Scale 350, valorada en 3.561,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ecógrafo dual Samsung / TMA Médica, valorado en 4.295,50 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ecógrafo GE Healthcare VSCAN Air, valorado en 12.813,90 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Sonda; módulos CW/TVI/ECG para VSCAN, valorado en 9.619,05 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Lupa estereoscópica ZTX-20, valorada en 461,59 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Sillón Fresnius Medical Care, valorado en 66.896,10 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 4 unidades de TV Hisense 404N, valoradas en 1.416,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La donación no necesita fungible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Informe justificativo de la necesidad de la donación de equipamiento diverso por parte de Stella Holding Di Gianni Chiarva, emitido por la jefa del Servicio de Nefrología del Hospital Can Misses, la doctora Cassandra Emma Puig Hooper, en fecha 16 de agosto de 2024, con un informe por cada aparato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Documentación acreditativa del donante y su representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Facturas y documentos descriptivos de cada aparato de equipamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 31 de enero de 2025 se solicitó un informe sobre la valoración de la tecnología al subdirector de Compras y Logística de la parte de aparato sanitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El 11 de febrero de 2025 el director general resolvió el inicio de la tramitación para la aceptación de la donación de equipamiento diverso, valorado en 99.063,14 €, hecha por Stella Holding Di Gianni Chiarva, a favor del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, destinado al Hospital Can Misses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Con fecha 16 de marzo de 2025, el subdirector de Compras y Logística informó, por medio del documento expediente de patrimonio «1/2025, PROCEDENTE», de la donación de equipo, el cual no necesita ningún fungible para su funcionamiento normal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. El 11 de junio de 2025 el subdirector de Contabilidad y Análisis emitió un informe favorable a la aceptación de la donación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. El artículo 6.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto 39/2006, de 21 de abril, por el que se aprueban los estatutos del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, establece que corresponde al Consejo de Dirección aceptar las donaciones a favor del Servicio de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Dirección del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Autorizar la aceptación de la donación de equipamiento diverso, valorado en 99.063,14 €, hecha por Stella Holding Di Gianni Chiarva, a favor del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, destinado al Hospital Can Misses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Señalar que la aceptación de la donación no implica asumir ninguna obligación del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares hacia el donante ni constituye un incentivo para la recomendación, compra o venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Facultar al director general del Servicio de Salud para firmar todos los documentos relativos a la donación que sean pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, de conformidad con el artículo 41 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
