    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la presente, se hace saber que el 1 de septiembre de 2025, se ha aprobado el Decreto 2025-0656 de la constitución de la Bolsa de Trabajo de la categoría trabajador/a social del subgrupo A2, correspondiente al proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición para el ingreso como personal funcionario de carrera de la escala de administración especial del subgrupo A2 (trabajador/a social) del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 130, de 03 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Expediente 830/2024, del proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición para el ingreso como personal funcionario de carrera de la escala de administración especial del subgrupo A2 (trabajador/a social) del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 130, de 03 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto 2025-0590, de 8 de agosto de 2025, de los resultados definitivos del proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición para el ingreso como personal funcionario de carrera de la escala de administración especial del subgrupo A2 (trabajador/a social) del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, publicado en el BOIB Nº. 109 de 16 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la Base décima de las Bases Reguladoras del procedimiento, “Se constituirá una bolsa de trabajo resultante del procedimiento selectivo, que estará formada por los aspirantes que hayan aprobado al menos el primer ejercicio obligatorio de las pruebas selectivas, a efectos de poder ser nombrados como personal funcionario interino para sustituir las posibles bajas, permisos, licencias, cubrir va el artículo 10 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendiendo a los antecedentes descritos, y de acuerdo con las competencias que me otorga el Artículo 21.1,h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Constituir la Bolsa de trabajo de la categoría trabajador/a social del subgrupo A2, con los aspirantes que han aprobado al menos el primer ejercicio obligatorio de las pruebas selectivas, y siguiendo el orden de prelación, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
