    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Regidora de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución núm. 21080, de 12 de septiembre de 2025&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha dictado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar, de acuerdo con las bases específicas del proceso selectivo&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;por el sistema de concurso oposición, por el turno libre, para cubrir 5 plazas de Inspector/a de comercio, consumo y mercados, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento, pertenecientes a la escala de Administración Especial, subescala servicios especiales, clase cometidos especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1, dotadas presupuestariamente, de ellas 3 plazas correspondientes a la tasa de reposición de la oferta de empleo público del año 2020 y 2 plazas correspondientes a la tasa de reposición de la oferta de empleo público del año 2022 (convocatoria publicada en el BOIB núm. 161, de 25 de noviembre de 2023), la composición del bolsín con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, y que figura en el anexo I de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Requerir a los aspirantes para que acrediten, cuando sean llamados para ser nombrados como personal funcionario interino, el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria. En caso de que el aspirante, en ese momento, no pueda acreditarlos, no podrá ser nombrado y quedará excluido de la bolsa, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades administrativas o penal que se puedan derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en su página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes frente al mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
