    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el Reglamento interno del IME prevé la concesión de ayudas a la investigación mediante convocatoria pública, de acuerdo con lo que se especifica en sus artículos 14, 15 y 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado el plan estratégico de subvenciones del IME para el año 2025, que establece que los objetivos generales de las líneas de subvención del Instituto son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Profundizar en el conocimiento y generar nuevo sobre cualquier aspecto relacionado con Menorca, ya sea patrimonio cultural o natural, pasado o presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Diversificar los perfiles de los investigadores, desde la investigación en bachillerato hasta investigadores consolidados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promover mejoras en la calidad de vida en relación con nuestro entorno social, cultural y natural a través del fomento de la investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar el acceso de la población a los resultados de la investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a los objetivos específicos de las ayudas a la investigación, se prevé que se establezcan dos líneas de ayudas indicando los objetivos y los efectos previstos en cada caso, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 1: Ayudas a investigadores noveles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 2: Ayudas a investigadores consolidados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Objetivos específicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 1: Aumentar las oportunidades de investigadores noveles para desarrollar investigación científica a través de proyectos relacionados, directa o indirectamente, con Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 2: Impulsar la investigación relacionada con Menorca en todos los ámbitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Efectos previstos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 1: Aumento del número de jóvenes investigadores interesados y activos en la investigación científica en Menorca, desde Menorca y para Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línea 2: Aumento del conocimiento sobre Menorca en cualquier ámbito del saber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para cumplir estos objetivos se ha optado por utilizar las mismas bases de las ayudas a la investigación del IME elaboradas para la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2024, aprobadas por el Consejo Rector en fecha 7 de marzo de 2024, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 56, de 27 de abril de 2024, de acuerdo con las directrices del plan estratégico, previéndose que el plazo para la realización de los estudios de investigación tenga carácter plurianual (años 2025-2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Consejo Científico del IME de fecha 28 de mayo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por unanimidad de los siete miembros asistentes del Consejo Rector, se aprueba el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2025, que se regirá por las bases aprobadas el 7 de marzo de 2024 por el Consejo Rector (BOIB 56, de 27 de abril de 2024), de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Importe global máximo de las ayudas y crédito presupuestario: Las ayudas concedidas se atenderán con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 4630-7800000 de los ejercicios presupuestarios de los años 2025 y 2026, tal y como se indica a continuación, con los respectivos importes máximos. Estos importes únicamente podrán ampliarse en el supuesto de aportaciones expresas de terceros para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria y que se hayan concretado posteriormente a su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;*o posteriormente si se autorizan las prórrogas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe individual máximo de las ayudas que se concedan será de 4.500 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que para una línea no se agote la consignación presupuestaria, la cantidad sobrante se asignará a proyectos de la otra línea siguiendo el orden de puntuación otorgado, sin que pueda superar la cantidad solicitada ni el importe máximo por solicitud establecido para la línea correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Plazo de presentación de solicitudes: 30 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;La instrucción del expediente corresponderá al técnico de gestión del Institut Menorquí d'Estudis, Marc Serena Espeitx. En caso de ausencia, podrá sustituirlo el técnico de gestión del IME Elies Coll Moll.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Por eficiencia y economía en el procedimiento, se determina delegar en la coordinadora científica los actos de prórroga y de los anticipos no solicitados inicialmente para la correcta y ágil gestión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en las bases, la Comisión evaluadora estará formada por los miembros del Consejo Científico, cuya composición se hace pública a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Josep Maria Quintana Petrus, presidente del Consejo Científico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
