&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 29 de julio de 2025 se autorizó el traslado de las enseñanzas de bachillerato y de ciclos formativos del centro privado concertado Nuestra Señora de Montesión-Palma, del municipio de Palma, a un nuevo edificio situado en la c/ d'Andalusia núm. 2, de Sa Vileta, Palma, así como la modificación de su configuración con la implantación del bachillerato en la modalidad de artes (BOIB núm. 101, de 31 de julio). Como consecuencia de esta modificación, el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enseñanzas autorizadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Educación primaria: 24 unidades y 600 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Técnico en cuidados auxiliares de enfermería (SAN21) 2 grupos y 60 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adscripción administrativa&lt;/em&gt;: las enseñanzas de bachillerato y los ciclos formativos de grado medio y grado superior quedan adscritas al IES Ramon Llull, de Palma (código 07003870).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En fecha 5 de agosto de 2025 (GOIBE553103/2025), el representante del centro privado concertado Nuestra Señora de Montesión-Palma presentó una solicitud de modificación de la configuración, consistente en la ampliación de cuatro unidades de educación secundaria obligatoria, con el objetivo de implantar una cuarta línea de ESO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;Junto con la solicitud, se aportó una memoria explicativa sobre la necesidad de esta ampliación, los planos del centro, la memoria relativa tanto al edificio existente como al nuevo edificio, así como las escrituras de otorgamiento de poderes a los directores de los centros titularidad de la Fundación Educativa Jesuitas Centro-Este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. En fecha 5 de septiembre de 2025, el arquitecto del Servicio de Infraestructuras Educativas emitió un informe favorable sobre la modificación de la configuración solicitada dado que la documentación presentada justificaba que las instalaciones del centro cumplían los requisitos mínimos establecidos en la legislación vigente para la configuración solicitada, por lo que se informó favorablemente el aumento de 4 unidades de educación secundaria obligatoria en el edificio de primaria y secundaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El 10 de septiembre de 2025, la jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros emitió un informe favorable sobre la modificación de la configuración del centro privado concertado Nuestra Señora de Montesión-Palma, del municipio de Palma, con el aumento de 4 unidades de educación secundaria obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. El 10 de septiembre de 2025, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas propuso la autorización de la modificación de la configuración del centro privado concertado Nuestra Señora de Montesión-Palma, del municipio de Palma, con el aumento de 4 unidades de educación secundaria obligatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo), que establece, en el artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión,&amp;nbsp; niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación modificada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. El Real Decreto 332/1992, de 3 de abril, sobre autorizaciones de centros docentes privados para impartir enseñanzas de régimen general no universitarias (BOE núm. 86, de 9 de abril), modificado por el Real Decreto 131/2010, de 12 de febrero (BOE núm. 62, de 12 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. El Real Decreto 132/2010, de 12 de febrero, por el que se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros que imparten las enseñanzas del segundo ciclo de la educación infantil, la educación primaria y la educación secundaria (BOE núm. 62, de 12 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. El Decreto-ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y en el sanitario (BOIB núm. 120, de 29 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Islas Baleares, que establece en el artículo 102 de creación de centros, que la creación, la supresión y la transformación de centros privados deben someterse a la autorización administrativa correspondiente (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. El Real Decreto 217/2022, de 29 de marzo, por el que se establece la ordenación y las enseñanzas mínimas de la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (BOE núm. 76, de 30 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas con fecha 10 de septiembre de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Familia Profesional de Sanidad (SAN)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Técnico en cuidados auxiliares de enfermería (SAN21) 2 grupos y 60 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adscripción administrativa&lt;/em&gt;: las enseñanzas de bachillerato y los ciclos formativos de grado medio y grado superior quedan adscritas al IES Ramon Llull, de Palma (código 07003870).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Inscribir y actualizar esta modificación en el Registro estatal de centros docentes (RCD) del Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes y en el Registro autonómico de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;. Comunicar al citado centro que queda obligado a cumplir la legislación vigente y a solicitar la revisión oportuna de su configuración cuando deba modificarse cualquiera de los datos que figuran en esta Resolución. En caso contrario, se revocará la autorización otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
