    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 18/08/2025 8:00:00, tomó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Expediente de concesión administrativa de uso privativo de bien de dominio público en régimen de concurrencia. Derechos funerarios sepultura 139n&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, declara la urgencia del presente punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto la valoración económica por el arquitecto municipal, Francisco Truyols Nadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Considerando que a tal efecto se ha redactado el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares, que debe regir la concesión administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Examinada la documentación que le acompaña, visto el informe de Secretaría, y de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición Adicional Segunda de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se trasladan al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/21/24/23/UE 2014,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el expediente de la concesión demanial de uso privativo del derecho funerario de una sepulturas (139n) de propiedad municipal, del Cementerio Municipal mediante régimen de concurrencia, convocando su licitación, con un precio de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el anuncio de licitación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Muro toda la documentación integrante del expediente de contratación, en particular el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y el de prescripciones técnicas. La documentación necesaria para la presentación de las ofertas debe estar disponible este día de publicación del anuncio de licitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
