Alcaldesa ha dictado la siguiente Resolución de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ALCALDIA - PRESIDENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Data: 10/09/2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendiendo a la ausencia de la Sra. Alcaldesa del día 14 al día 17 de septiembre de 2025, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y atendiendo a la normativa vigente sobre ausencias del Sr. Alcaldesa en el término municipal, y en virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere la vigente Ley de Régimen Local, vengo en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLVER &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en el Primer de Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, Pedro Tuduri Mercadal, la totalidad de las funciones que como Alcaldesa me corresponden, surtiendo efecto la referida delegación del día 14 al día 17 de septiembre de 2025, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Que la presente Resolución se de conocimiento al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar en el BOIB la presente Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
