    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en fecha 08/09/2025, aprobó las bases reguladoras de ayudas económicas dirigidas a estudiantes de Bachiller y FP de Alcúdia que no pueden realizar sus estudios en el municipio de Alcúdia para el curso 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo que hacemos público en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y del artículo 9. noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS A ESTUDIANTES DE&amp;nbsp; BACHILLERATO Y CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO MEDIO, GRADO&amp;nbsp; SUPERIOR Y CURSOS DE ESPECIALIZACIÓN FP (GRADOS E) DE ALCÚDIA CURSO 2024/2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia mantiene una línea de AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS PARA&amp;nbsp; ESTUDIANTES DE BACHILLERATO Y CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR Y CURSOS DE ESPECIALIZACIÓN FP que realizaron sus estudios de bachillerato, ciclos formativos y cursos de especialización FP en el Estado español o dentro de la Unión Europea (UE) durante el curso 2024/2025, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 1. FINALIDAD Y OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas económicas se plantean para &lt;strong&gt;dar apoyo económico única y exclusivamente a los estudiantes que obligatoriamente no pueden realizar sus estudios dentro del municipio de Alcúdia&lt;/strong&gt;, ya que estos no se imparten, como son: todos los grados universitarios, bachilleratos artísticos (artes artísticas y musicales), ramas específicas de formación profesional reglada (media, superior y cursos de especialización FP) y beneficiarios del Programa de movilidad internacional Erasmus Plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases tienen por objeto establecer los criterios y procedimientos para la concesión de ayudas económicas a los estudiantes de bachiller y ciclos formativos de grado medio, grado superior y cursos de especialización de FP de Alcúdia en régimen de concurrencia competitiva y siguiendo los principios de objetividad y publicidad, en las condiciones que se establecen en las siguientes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen estas ayudas con &lt;strong&gt;la finalidad de dar apoyo económico para los gastos inherentes que supone para los estudiantes de bachiller y ciclos formativos de grado medio, grado superior y cursos de especialización de FP de Alcúdia&lt;/strong&gt; la realización de sus estudios fuera del municipio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 2. NORMATIVA DE APLICACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases, le será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre; Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público; la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales; el RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y el resto de la normativa aplicable para la concesión de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 3. LIMITACIONES PRESUPUESTALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones estará limitada a las disponibilidades presupuestarias de acuerdo con los créditos presupuestarios que se identificarán en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas se distribuirán entre las solicitudes que se registren dentro de plazo y reúnan todos y cada uno de los requisitos, y se liquidarán mediante &lt;strong&gt;un solo pago&lt;/strong&gt;, que se hará efectivo una vez se haya concluido la tramitación administrativa de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se determina una &lt;strong&gt;cuantía unitaria máxima de 500€ por estudiante beneficiario&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 4. REQUISITOS DE LOS SOLICITUDES LICITANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden solicitar las ayudas económicas de la convocatoria las personas que reúnan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tener la nacionalidad española o de algún estado miembro de la Unión Europea&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas extranjeras no comunitarias deberán ser residentes en el municipio de Alcúdia con la antigüedad determinada en las bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El solicitante debe estar empadronado en el municipio de Alcúdia, con una antigüedad mínima de dos años de forma ininterrumpida, a contar desde la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El solicitante debe tener una edad comprendida entre los 16 cumplidos y 30 años, ambos inclusive. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El solicitante acreditará la matrícula a estudios de bachillerato o ciclos formativos de Grado Medio o Superior o cursos de especialización FP (grados E) con modalidad presencial o modalidad a distancia o mixta, en cualquier centro educativo público de estudios homologados del Estado español o de dentro de la Unión Europea (UE) realizada durante el curso 2024/2025 siempre que este estudio no se pueda realizar dentro del municipio de Alcúdia durante el periodo escolar 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El solicitante debe acreditar el haberse matriculado y aprobado un mínimo de 3 asignaturas en caso de bachillerato y de 2 asignaturas (o bien el prácticum formativo en centros de trabajo) en el caso de formación profesional durante el curso académico 2024-2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El solicitante deberá acreditar estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias estatales, autonómicas y locales según las disposiciones legales vigentes. En caso de menores de edad se extenderá la obligación a ambos padres y/o tutores legales y se deberá aportar la documentación también de los padres y/o tutores legales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Deberá presentarse la solicitud completamente cumplimentada, así como incorporar a ésta los documentos pertinentes dentro de los períodos establecidos en las presentes bases, empleando el canal específico habilitado, tal y como se determina en la Base 8 del procedimiento de concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Para justificar la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad de la subvención, deberá presentarse antes del día de la finalización del periodo establecidos de entrega de solicitudes, documentación y justificación del pago de la matrícula en los estudios objeto de la presentación de solicitudes (siempre cuando no se haya registrado anteriormente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 5. EXCLUSIONES Y OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Quedan excluidos de esta edición de becas la realización de estudios no correspondientes a estudios de bachillerato y ciclos formativos de Grado Medio, Grado Superior y cursos de especialización FP (Grados E), por lo tanto, quedan excluidos los estudiantes de formación profesional básica o dual, y los estudios de grado universitario o cualquier estudio de carácter similar o superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria los estudiantes que cursen sus estudios en centros de educación privados, escuelas no reconocidas, academias o similares con estudios no homologados por los organismos oficiales estatales o de las diferentes comunidades autónomas que tengan sede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria los estudiantes que a la fecha de finalización de presentación de solicitudes, trabaje como personal funcionario o laboral en el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y/o en cualquier otro organismo o empresa pública que dependa total o parcialmente, además, de sus ascendientes y descendientes directos y/o solicitantes que dependan económicamente del mismo. Al mismo tiempo, también quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria los cargos públicos y/o personal de confianza municipal que ostenten análogas circunstancias equiparables y/o relaciones laborales con el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, además, de otra de aplicación del régimen de incompatibilidades que correspondan según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 6. COMPATIBILIDAD DE LA AYUDA ECONÓMICA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia declara expresamente la compatibilidad de esta convocatoria de subvenciones de ayudas económicas hacia cualquier otro tipo de ayudas, becas o subvenciones, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza, carácter o denominación, y cualquiera que sea la persona, organismo o entidad convocante. No obstante, esta compatibilidad debe entenderse sin perjuicio del régimen de incompatibilidad que puedan establecer las bases de otras ayudas, becas o subvenciones que el interesado pretenda solicitar, siempre y cuando la cuantía total de todas las ayudas no supere los gastos vinculados con la actividad académica subvencionada. Siendo el solicitante (o bien los padres y/o tutores legales) el único responsable en tener que responder, justificar ante otra administración o cualquier otra circunstancia que se derive de este supuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causas de denegación de la ayuda: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ayuda económica se denegará (o se revocará en el caso de que ya hubiera sido concedida) por las siguientes causas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por falsear o incumplir alguno de los puntos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Por las formulaciones de exclusión, desistimiento u otros supuestos enmarcadas dentro del apartado "Procedimiento de concesión" que se determinan dentro de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renuncia o anulación de la matrícula universitaria durante el periodo lectivo podrá dar lugar a la pérdida de todos sus derechos inherentes vinculados a la convocatoria de ayudas económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 7. REVOCACIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ocultación o falseamiento de los datos que sirvieron de base para la concesión de la ayuda por parte del solicitante darán lugar al reintegro o revocación de la ayuda económica. El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones que se establecen en las presentes bases y convocatoria dará lugar a la revocación de la ayuda económica concedida, con la obligación de la devolución de las cantidades percibidas, al margen de las responsabilidades legales que se puedan derivar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 8. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria de las subvenciones corresponde a la concejalía de juventud y será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica municipal, así como a la BDNS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departamento de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia es el órgano competente para instruir este procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, este departamento, una vez aprobada la convocatoria, iniciará un periodo de presentación de solicitudes que comprenderá diez (10) días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), según el modelo Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los alumnos interesados que quieran solicitar la ayuda económica que se estipula en las presentes bases, deberán presentar la solicitud conjuntamente con la documentación requerida mediante los canales de registro que a continuación se detalla, o bien en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; atendiendo a que, en todos los casos deberá entregarse dentro de los plazos establecidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de solicitudes implica la aceptación de cada uno de los términos que se reflejan en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La tramitación de las solicitudes se podrá realizar de dos maneras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Telemática (preferente):&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante certificado digital, sistema de identificación "Cl@ve &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Firma", DNI electrónico o cualquier otro sistema de identificación aceptado en la Sede Electrónica municipal del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acceso se hará a través de la web municipal www.alcudia.net → Sede Electrónica → Trámite específico habilitado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitud de Ayudas Económicas para Bachillerato, CFGM o CFGS convocatoria 2024-2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presencial: &lt;/strong&gt;En el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, concretamente en la Oficina de Atención a la Ciudadanía de la Seu des Moll (Port d'Alcúdia), mediante Registro de entrada y dentro del horario de atención al público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se deberá aportar toda la documentación requerida en las presentes bases dentro de los plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 9. RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez acabe el plazo para presentar las solicitudes de subvención, se comprobará si éstas reúnen los requisitos exigibles; en caso contrario, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 68.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y el artículo 23.5 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; se requerirá al interesado para que, en un plazo máximo de 10 días resuelva la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos, con indicación de que, si así no lo hiciera se le tendrá por desistido de su petición, la cual se archivará previa resolución que deberá ser dictada en los términos del art. 21 de la Ley 39/2015,&amp;nbsp; Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta relación contendrá los datos identificativos de la persona solicitante y el detalle de las enmiendas a realizar, y se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la web municipal del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (https://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez la Comisión Evaluadora haya analizado la documentación para enmendar las deficiencias y a la vista de las alegaciones presentadas, en el plazo de 3 días hábiles, elaborará un informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución definitiva de concesión o denegación de las ayudas. Éste expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias y la cantidad de la ayuda otorgada, así como las solicitudes excluidas con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de la presente línea de subvención es por concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualmente, las ayudas concedidas serán objeto de publicación en el tablón de anuncios, en la página web de este Ayuntamiento, y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) y no serán objeto de notificación individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se requiere justificación en base al art. 30.7 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. Las subvenciones que se concedan en atención a la concurrencia de una determinada situación en el perceptor no requerirán otra justificación que la acreditación por cualquier medio admisible en derecho de esta situación previamente a la concesión, sin perjuicio de los controles que pudieran establecerse para verificar su existencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plazo de resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 25.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el procedimiento no excederá los seis meses, contados a partir de la publicación de la convocatoria de la web municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la dicte. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 10. CESIÓN DE DATOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS A OTRAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ADMINISTRACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia dejó patente que durante la tramitación administrativa de esta convocatoria y en relación a los beneficiarios con concesión de las ayudas económicas, entregará los datos de otorgamiento y beneficiarios que sean pertinentes a las administraciones estatales y tributarias que correspondan atendiendo a la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 11. PAGO DE AYUDAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia abonará el importe de la ayuda concedida mediante pago único, que se hará efectivo una vez concluida la tramitación administrativa de la convocatoria para su adjudicación, y atendiendo a lo que se determine por los procedimientos y de la intervención y tesorería municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 12. DETERMINACIÓN DE CUANTÍAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la hora de determinar la cuantía total destinada a cada ayuda económica, se determinará en dos fases: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Cuantía Inicial (QI): Se calculará, dividiendo el total de crédito presupuestario entre el número total de asignaturas matriculadas y aprobados del conjunto de solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cuantía Complementaria (QC): Si una vez se haya calculado la cuantía inicial, quedara remanente presupuestario en la fase (QI), se realizará una segunda tabulación con el remanente existente en el apartado anterior, siguiendo los mismos criterios del apartado anterior, es decir: se calculará, dividiendo el total del remanente existente en el apartado anterior entre el número total de asignaturas matriculadas y aprobadas del conjunto de solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cuantía Final (QF): El cómputo de la cuantía total final (QF) de cada ayuda económica se determinará atendiendo a la Cuantía Inicial (QI) estipulada, y llegado el caso de existir remanente, con el sumatorio de los apartados Cuantía Inicial (QI) más la Cuantía Complementaria (QC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 13. LIMITACIONES DE CUANTÍAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Limitación primera&lt;/strong&gt;: Atendiendo a lo dispuesto en los requisitos de las presentes bases, por parte del solicitante haberse matriculado y alcanzado un aprobado de un mínimo de tres asignaturas y de 2 asignaturas (o bien el prácticum formativo en centros de trabajo) en el caso de formación profesional durante el curso académico 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Limitación segunda&lt;/strong&gt;: Se determina una cuantía máxima destinada a cada solicitud aceptada en las presentes bases, independientemente de las asignaturas matriculadas y aprobados por parte del alumno de 500€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 14. DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Advertencia previa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez acabado el periodo de presentación de solicitudes, no se preverán modificaciones de datos o incorporación de documentación fuera de plazo, ni admisiones por errores de datos o de documentación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sólo se podrán hacer aportaciones por falta de documentación o enmiendas de errores, si llegara el caso si estos son requeridos, dentro de los plazos que se estipulan dentro de las presentes bases y dentro de los periodos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo tanto, se sugiere que se revise la solicitud de forma cuidadosa antes de registrarla. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación que se debe presentar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los documentos marcados con uno (*) se podrán autorizar por parte del solicitante para que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia realice la consulta de forma telemática y/o por los canales que tenga al alcance, o bien también, haga las comprobaciones de consulta de anteriores convocatorias. En el caso, que por cualquier motivo, las comprobaciones autorizadas presenten errores o no sea posibles realizar las comprobaciones pertinentes el Ayuntamiento requerirá a los solicitantes que éste haga las aportaciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante, el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia deja patente que durante la tramitación administrativa de esta convocatoria realizará las comprobaciones de datos dentro de sus propios sistemas informáticos, o bien otros de interoperabilidad administrativa que considere oportunas con relación a las solicitudes por los canales físicos, telemáticos y de interoperabilidad administrativa que éste disponga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Solicitud completa y correctamente cumplimentada y presentada dentro de los períodos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Copia del DNI/NIF del solicitante o documento equivalente&lt;/strong&gt;, en caso de menores de edad deberá presentarse fotocopia del padre/madre o tutores legales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;CERTIFICADO&lt;/strong&gt;, expedido por el centro educativo correspondiente donde se especifiquen los siguientes datos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Datos completos del estudiante solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relación de materias matriculadas durante el curso académico 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relación de calificaciones académicas finales obtenidas de todas las asignaturas matriculadas en el curso 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Justificación oficial del pago de la matrícula del curso 2024/2025.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Certificación oficial entregada por la entidad bancaria de la existencia de cuenta corriente en que aparezca el solicitante como titular.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;(*) Documentación acreditativa del solicitante de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias &lt;/strong&gt;estatales , autonómicas y locales según las disposiciones legales vigentes. (En caso de menores aportar documentación también de los padres y/o tutores legales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 15. COMISIÓN TÉCNICA DE SEGUIMIENTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con el fin de cumplir la tramitación administrativa de la convocatoria se creará una comisión técnica a razón de órgano colegiado con la finalidad de dar trámite, resolver dudas, interpretar las presentes bases, valoración de los expedientes o cualquier otra circunstancia referente a la resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta comisión estará formada como mínimo por tres técnicos del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia de distintas áreas municipales (Educación, Servicios Sociales, Deportes, Patrimonio, Promoción económica u otras de naturaleza transversal) denominados de forma expresa, a esta comisión se podrán incorporar otros técnicos que se determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta comisión trabajará de forma periódica y permanente hasta la culminación y resolución definitiva de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria deberán ser publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Baleares y en la página web corporativa. Igualmente, se publicarán en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y en la página web municipal la resolución de concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base 17.
