Mediante Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 20 de febrero de 2025, se aprueban las bases generales que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario y laboral de la Administración especial de la oferta de empleo pública correspondiente al ejercicio 2025 del Consejo de Mallorca (BOIB nº 25, de 25 de febrero de 2025; BOIB nº115 de 30 de agosto de 2025). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Mediante Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 6 de marzo de 2025, se aprueban las bases específicas, los temarios y las convocatorias que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la subescala&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Subescalera|Subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de servicios especiales &lt;strong&gt;Oficial de Mantenimiento,&lt;/strong&gt; Subescala subescala&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[subescalera|subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; técnica&lt;strong&gt;, Técnico-a superior, sin especialidad,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[subescalera|subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Técnico-a de grado medio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;, especialidad Ingeniero técnico de obres públicas, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[subescalera|subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Técnico-a de grado medio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; informática&lt;/strong&gt;, (BOIB nº 30, de 8 de març de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El anuncio de las convocatorias se publicó en el BOE de 28 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias finalizó el día 22 de abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Mediante Resolución del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 19 de junio de 2025, se aprueban las bases específicas, los temarios y las convocatorias que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, para cubrir las plazas vacantes de Administración especial, subescala&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[subescalera|subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; técnica&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[subescalera|subescala]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Técnico-a de grado medio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;, especialidad Turismo, Técnico–a superior, especialidad Ingeniero Industrial,&lt;/strong&gt; (BOIB nº 80, de juny de 2025 ; BOIB nº 92, de 15de juliol de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El anuncio de las convocatorias se publicó en el BOE de 28 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias finalizó el día 18 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El artículo 9.1 de las bases generales dispone que “El&lt;em&gt; Tribunal Calificador de cada proceso selectivo es el órgano encargado de llevar a cabo el procedimiento selectivo y depende del consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; o consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; competente en materia de función pública, que designa la presidencia”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El artículo 13.1 del Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, regula los Tribunales como&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[como|cómo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; los órganos de selección encargados de llevar a cabo las pruebas selectivas correspondientes, que serán los designados por la persona titular de la consejería&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejería|conselleria]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; competente en materia de función pública para cada convocatoria. Asimismo, establece que el nombramiento se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a la Sede Electrónica, una vez finalizado el periodo de presentación de instancias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha realizado el sorteo de los vocales titulares y suplentes de los tribunales calificadores de los procesos selectivos para las mencionadas categorías, el lunes 20 de agosto de 2025 a las 10:00 horas en la sala de Formación del Llar de la infancia y el 5 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución a las personas nombradas, haciéndoles saber que la condición de miembro del Tribunal Calificador y la consiguiente obligación de asistencia a las sesiones constituye un deber del personal funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo. No obstante el anterior, se puede interponer, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
