    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 04 de septiembre de 2025, ha aprobado con carácter inicial la modificación de la Base 48ª, de las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto General para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se expone al público, en las oficinas de Intervención, el expediente aprobado, para que los interesados que señala el Artículo 170.1, puedan formular cuantas reclamaciones estimen oportunas, por los motivos señalados en el punto 2º de dicho artículo, con sujeción a las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Plazo de exposición y admisión de reclamaciones: quince días hábiles a partir del siguiente a la fecha de inserción de este anunció en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Oficina de presentación: Registro General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Órgano ante el cual reclama: Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si transcurriese el plazo indicado, sin que se hubieran presentado reclamaciones, se considerará definitivamente aprobado, sin necesidad de acuerdo expreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
