    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3b y 20.8a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria texto íntegro de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/854839) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Beneficiarios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones reguladas en esta convocatoria las personas que cumplan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las personas jurídicas, públicas o privadas y sin ánimo de lucro, ya sean entidades deportivas, grupos asociativos deportivos u organismos deportivos legalmente constituidos e inscritos en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones Vecinales del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa con anterioridad a la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y que cumplan los requisitos de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Objeto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la regulación de la concesión de subvenciones en materia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de deportes, orientada a clubes, entidades deportivas y AFAS, para el fomento del deporte y de la actividad física en el municipio de Eivissa, dirigidas siempre a entidades sin ánimo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lucro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Bases reguladores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFICAS REGULADORAS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES DEL PATRONATO MUNICIPAL DE DEPORTES DE IBIZA PARA ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicadas en la sede electrónica (https://esports-eivissa.sedelectronica.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Importe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global del crédito disponible de esta convocatoria asciende a 95.000,00 euros, la presente convocatoria está consignada en la aplicación presupuestaria 34000-48900 del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La dotación económica máxima de esta convocatoria es de 4.200,00 euros. Esta cantidad se otorgará de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en las presentes bases y hasta el agotamiento del crédito disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Plazo de presentación de solicitudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de15 días hábiles, a contar a partir del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;siguiente al de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB. Si el último día natural fuese domingo o festivo, el plazo se aplazará hasta el hábil siguiente. La documentación se publicará en la Base Nacional de Datos de Subvenciones (BNDS), en la sede electrónica del Patronato Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa (https://esports- eivissa.sedelectronica.es), en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa (www.eivissa.es) y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en la página web del Patronato Municipal de Deportes (https://www.eivissa.es/esports). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
