&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm.112, de 23 de agosto de 2025 se publicó la Resolución de la directora general de personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la cual se autorizan las horas de Psicólogo Educativo en los centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears que imparten educación secundaria obligatoria, bachillerato y formación profesional para el curso 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Posteriormente a la publicación de la Resolució se ha advertido un error en el Anexo 1 de la Resolución, respecto la dotación de hores del CC Virgen del Carmen. Este error se debe rectificar tanto en la versión catalana como en la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo) con la redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de Educación de las Illes Balears (BOE núm. 136, de 8 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Ley 06/2025, de 23 de julio, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025 (BOIB núm. 98, de 24 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El Decreto 59/2022, de 27 de diciembre, por el que se establecen las normas que deben regir las convocatorias para el establecimiento y la renovación de los conciertos educativos a partir del curso académico 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la que se convoca el procedimiento para el establecimiento, la renovación o la modificación de los conciertos educativos para el curso académico 2025-2026 (BOIB núm. 4, de 7 de enero&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 21 de junio de 2025 por la que se determinan las horas de Psicólogo Educativo en los centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears que imparten educación secundaria obligatoria, bachillerato y formación profesional para el curso 2025-2026 y se abre el plazo para su solicitud (BOIB núm. 79, de 21 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decreto 6/2025, de 2 de junio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 70, de 3 de junio) corresponde a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados la gestión de los centros concertados&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. La &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución de la directora general de personal Docente y&amp;nbsp;Centros Concertados por la cual se autorizan las horas de Psicólogo Educativo en los&amp;nbsp;centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears que imparten educación secundaria obligatoria, baxillerato y formación profesional en el curso 2025-2026 (BOIB núm 112, de 23 d'agosto de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades &lt;/span&gt;en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
