    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la Ley 1&lt;/span&gt;/&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que es competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, y de los consejeros, elevar su propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto&lt;/span&gt; 10/2025, de 14 de julio, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, establece las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta de la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de Gobierno y Cooperación Local y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno, en la sesión de 5 de septiembre de 2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disponer el nombramiento de la señora Isabel Febrer Gelabert como directora general de Coordinación y Cooperación Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Establecer que este decreto surtirá efectos desde el día de su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
