&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 15 de julio de 2024, por Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS se aprobaron las Bases generales para el turno libre, el turno para personas con discapacidades y el turno de promoción interna que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes al ejercicio 2024 del Consell de Mallorca y de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y de las ofertas de empleo público derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS, aprobado por el Consejo Rector día 15 de diciembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 94, de 18 de julio de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el BOIB núm. 99 de 27 de julio de 2024 se publicó la rectificación material advertida en la publicación en castellano de la Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) de aprobación de las bases generales que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 del Consell de Mallorca y de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y las ofertas de empleo público derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS aprobado por el Consejo Rector de día 15 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el BOIB núm. 105 de 10 de agosto de 2024 se publicó la modificación y rectificación de las Bases generales aprobadas por Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS en fecha 15 de julio de 2024, que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 del Consell de Mallorca y de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y las ofertas de empleo público derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS aprobado por el Consejo Rector de día 15 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En fecha 8 de agosto de 2025 se han advertido errores materiales en el anexo B (Baremos de méritos para el turno de promoción interna y forma de acreditación) en el punto 1.3 Grado personal y reconocido, por tanto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dónde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamento de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, determina que «Las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, asimismo, o en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De acuerdo con el artículo 7.2.13 de los Estatutos del IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), corresponde a la Presidencia convocar y resolver los procedimientos de selección, establecer las bases, los programas y el contenido de las pruebas y nombrar a los miembros de los órganos de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Rectificar el error detectado en el Anexo B de las Bases generales aprobadas por Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS de fecha 15 de julio de 2024, que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 del Consell de Mallorca y de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y las ofertas de empleo público derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS aprobado por el Consejo Rector de día 15 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta modificación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta Resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecuto a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podrá ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
