2025-09-04 CAIB 820 2025-09-06 CAIB 705447 51858 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 14/08/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.- </strong>Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-996 relativa al cambio de adscripción de una expansión del lugar de TAG F20010106 de la Dirección General de Gestión Pública y Contratación al lugar TAG F20010083 del Departamento de Interior del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
