Mediante Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 12 de junio de 2024, se aprueban las bases generales que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de la oferta de empleo pública correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 del Consejo de Mallorca y de las ofertas de empleo pública correspondientes a los ejercicios de 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y de las ofertas de empleo pública derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS, aprobado por el Consejo Rector día 15 de diciembre de 2023 (BOIB nº 80, de 15 de junio de 2024; BOIB nº. 118 de 7 de septiembre de 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mediante Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 14 de noviembre de 2024, se aprueban las bases específicas, los temarios y las convocatorias que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la subescala de servicios especiales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Oficial de carreteras, Ordenanza Portero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB nº. 152, de 21 de noviembre de 2024., BOIB nº. 167, de 21 de diciembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El anuncio de las convocatorias se publicó en el BOE de 17 de enero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias finalizó el día 6 de febrero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Mediante Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 15 de enero de 2025, se aprueban las bases específicas, los temarios y las convocatorias que tienen que regir los procesos selectivos, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, para cubrir las plazas vacantes de Administración especial, subescala técnica, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Técnico-a de grado medio Ergonomía y Psicosociología,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Técnico-a de grado medio de Emergencias, Técnico-a de grado medio sin especialidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB núm.11, de 23 de enero de 2025., BOIB nº. 21, de 15 de febrero de 2025)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Mediante Resolución del consejero de Hacienda y Función Pública, de 28 de enero de 2025, se aprueban las bases generales y específicas que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial subescala de servicios especiales, de la categoría de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Operador de comunicaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB núm. 17, de 6 de febrero de 2025)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El anuncio se publicó en el BOE de 5 de marzo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El artículo 9.1 de las bases generales&amp;nbsp; dispone que “El Tribunal Calificador de cada proceso selectivo es el órgano encargado de llevar a cabo el procedimiento selectivo y depende del consejero o consejera competente en materia de función pública, que designa la presidencia”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El artículo 13.1 del Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por el Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, regula los Tribunales como los órganos de selección encargados de llevar a cabo las pruebas selectivas correspondientes, que serán los designados por la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de función pública para cada convocatoria. Asimismo, establece que el nombramiento se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a la Sede Electrónica, una vez finalizado el periodo de presentación de instancias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ha realizado el sorteo de los vocales titulares y suplentes de los tribunales calificadores de los procesos selectivos para las mencionadas categorías, el lunes 20 de agosto de 2025 a las 10:00 horas en la sala de Formación del Llar de la infancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución a las personas nombradas, haciéndoles saber que la condición de miembro del Tribunal Calificador y la consiguiente obligación de asistencia a las sesiones constituye un deber del personal funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo. No obstante el anterior, se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
