    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;La alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Algaida en fecha 3 de agosto de 2025 ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“Por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2024-0918, de fecha 23 de diciembre de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases específicas que rigen el procedimiento selectivo, mediante concurso oposición, para la cobertura como funcionario/a de carrera de una plaza perteneciente a la escala de Administración general, subescala técnica, Grupo A, subgrupo A' de ocupación correspondiente al año 2024, que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 70, de 28 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La base undécima de la convocatoria indica que las personas aspirantes que hayan superado el primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición, formarán parte de una bolsa de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Algaida para cubrir las bajas, vacaciones, permisos, licencias, vacantes o cualquier otro supuesto previsto en la normativa que ampare el nombramiento de personal funcionario interino, todo ello de 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Visto el procedimiento selectivo que se ha tramitado y vista el acta de la tercera sesión del tribunal calificador del procedimiento selectivo, de fecha 6 de junio de 2025, en la que se publican calificaciones definitivas de la primera prueba de la fase de oposición, así como el acta de la decimotercera sesión del tribunal calificador del procedimiento selectivo, de fecha 18 de agosto el Ayuntamiento de Algaida la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de técnicos/cas de administración general e indica su orden de prelación.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, y en virtud de las facultades que me son conferidas por la normativa vigente,&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. -&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir un bolsín de Técnico/a de Administración General (TAG) del Ayuntamiento de Algaida con el siguiente orden de personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo:&lt;/p&gt;
