    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en sesión ordinaria de fecha de 7 de agosto, con la declaración previa de urgencia, aprobó por unanimidad el acuerdo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar el convenio de colaboración entre el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y Cáritas Diocesana de Ibiza para el desarrollo del programa de Centro de día y Comedor social para el año 2025, que obra al expediente TAO 2025/14520A, con CSV 15706073605536430310, en virtud del cual se subvenciona a la entidad Cáritas Diocesana de Ibiza la cantidad máxima de ciento cincuenta y cuatro mil trescientos cuarenta y uno euros con cincuenta y seis céntimos de euro ( 154.341,56€) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria n.º 2310 48915 del presupuesto vigente de la Corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Autorizar y disponer el gasto de la cantidad de ciento cincuenta y cuatro mil trescientos cuarenta y uno euros con cincuenta y seis céntimos de euro (154.341,56€) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 2310 48915 del presupuesto vigente a favor de la entidad Cáritas Diocesana de Ibiza&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;con n.º de NIF R0700071D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprobar la ampliación del plazo de justificación de los gastos hasta 6 meses contadores desde la firma del convenio, de conformidad con la base n.º 21 de las Bases generales de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Publicar el referido convenio de colaboración en el BOIB y en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza de conformidad con la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Partes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juan Torres Marí, con DNI núm. 41433346L, director de Cáritas Diocesana de Eivissa con CIF núm. R0700071D, en nombre y representación de esta entidad de acuerdo con lo que dispone el art. 10 de sus estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ambas partes reconocen su capacidad jurídica para establecer este documento y, en especial, la representación de las entidades que se nombran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, según la redacción dada por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que reformó dicho estatuto, establece en el art. 12 los principios rectores de la actividad pública, y dispone que las instituciones propias de la comunidad autónoma deben promover, entre otros, la cohesión social y el derecho a la salud, la educación y la protección social. Así mismo, en su artículo 16.4 prevé que las administraciones públicas, en el marco de sus respectivas competencias, promoverán las condiciones necesarias para que los derechos sociales de la ciudadanía de las Illes Balears y de los grupos y colectivos en los que se integren sean objeto de una aplicación real y efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el art. 21 se indica que, con el fin de combatir la pobreza y facilitar la inserción social, los poderes de las Illes Balears deben garantizar el derecho de la ciudadanía de las Illes Balears en estado de necesidad a la solidaridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Como señala la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Illes Balears, en su Exposición de motivos, en las sociedades democráticas, la política social tiene por objeto reducir las desigualdades y mejorar las condiciones de vida del conjunto de la población con el fin de facilitar el ejercicio de los derechos de la ciudadanía y fomentar la cohesión y el progreso social. La construcción de una sociedad de progreso viene determinada en gran parte por el grado de cohesión social, que se basa en la igualdad de oportunidades y en la promoción social e individual. Los servicios sociales son un instrumento para favorecer la autonomía de las personas, mejorar las condiciones de vida, eliminar situaciones de injusticia social y favorecer la inclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el artículo 3 de esta ley figura que la actuación de los poderes públicos en materia de servicios sociales persigue entre otros “(…) d) prevenir y atender las situaciones de vulnerabilidad de las personas y de los grupos en situación de exclusión social”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Y el artículo 6 indica que son destinatarias de los servicios sociales, con carácter prioritario, las personas que se encuentren en alguna o algunas de las siguientes situaciones, entre otras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultades de integración familiar o comunitaria derivadas de enfermedades mentales y enfermedades crónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultades de integración social vinculadas a condiciones laborales precarias, desempleo y pobreza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Necesidad social, como la relacionada con la falta de vivienda o con la desestructuración familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultad de integración familiar o comunitaria derivada de la drogodependencia y de otras adicciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vulnerabilidad, exclusión y aislamiento social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Problemas de convivencia y cohesión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Urgencias sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. Por otra parte, la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación señala que los poderes públicos, en el ámbito de sus competencias, deben fomentar la constitución y desarrollo de las asociaciones que realicen actividades de interés general. Igualmente, el artículo 31 -referente a las medidas de fomento- indica que las administraciones públicas deben promover el desarrollo de asociaciones que tengan finalidades de interés general, así como el establecimiento de mecanismos de asistencia y subvenciones para llevar a cabo sus actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV. El Consejo Insular de Eivissa ejerce competencias en materia de servicios sociales, asistencia social y seguridad social, en virtud de las atribuciones que efectuaron la Ley 12/1993, de 20 de diciembre, y la Ley 14/2001, de 29 de octubre, en los términos y en el alcance que se establecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V. Cáritas Diocesana de Eivissa (en adelante Cáritas), destacada con la Medalla de Oro del Parlamento de las Illes Balears, es un organismo creado por la Diócesis de Eivissa para el ejercicio de su acción institucional sociocaritativa, e inscrita en el Registro de Servicios Sociales con el núm. 765.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cáritas se ha dirigido al Consejo Insular para solicitar una ayuda económica para llevar a cabo sus actividades destinadas a las personas con riesgo de exclusión social, y concretamente para la ejecución del programa Centro de día y Comedor social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cáritas desarrolla este programa destinado a personas con un importante desarraigo social, especialmente transeúntes y personas sin techo, en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dispone de la organización, la estructura y la experiencia para llevar a cabo las tareas que comprenden el referido programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VI. Es voluntad del Consejo Insular de Eivissa apoyar a Cáritas para el desarrollo de actividades destinadas a personas con este tipo de necesidades en toda la isla de Eivissa, que son de interés público y social y redundan en beneficio de nuestra sociedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtud de lo expuesto, ambas partes otorgan este convenio con sujeción a las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cláusulas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es objeto de este convenio establecer la colaboración entre el Consejo Insular de Eivissa y Cáritas para el desarrollo del programa Centro de día y Comedor social para el año 2025, dirigido a personas con riesgo de exclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cáritas llevará a cabo el programa que figura en la memoria explicativa presentada en fecha 27/06/2025, con RGE nº. 2025019995, con un presupuesto de cuatrocientos cincuenta y un mil cuatrocientos setenta y cinco euros con ochenta y ocho céntimos (451.475,88€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtud de este programa se presta asistencia a aquellas personas en riesgo de exclusión social, especialmente personas sin techo y transeúntes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Eivissa subvencionará a la entidad Cáritas las actividades relacionadas en la memoria explicativa con la cantidad máxima de ciento cincuenta y cuatro mil trescientos cuarenta y un euros con cincuenta y seis céntimos (154.341,56€) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria núm. 2310-48915 para este año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará de forma fraccionada mediante dos justificaciones parciales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El 75% de la ayuda concedida, 115.756,17€, a partir de la firma del convenio. Esta cantidad deberá justificarse dentro del plazo de seis meses desde la firma del convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El otro 25% de la ayuda concedida, 38.585,39€, se hará efectiva una vez justificado el primer 75%. La justificación de este segundo pago debe realizarse antes del 28 de febrero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para las justificaciones se presentará la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una relación clasificada de los gastos realizados, con identificación del acreedor del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y, en su caso, la fecha de pago. Y una declaración responsable de la entidad donde conste que todas las facturas relacionadas únicamente han sido presentadas en esta convocatoria con el importe establecido en dicha relación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facturas originales de los gastos correspondientes del coste total del proyecto con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, emitidas y pagadas desde el día 1 de enero de 2025 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025, excepto la Seguridad Social correspondiente al mes de diciembre de 2025, que se aceptará hasta el 31 de enero de 2026, y las facturas con fecha posterior al 15 de diciembre de 2025, que podrán ser pagadas hasta el 31 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad será la responsable de estampillar las facturas y resto de documentos que sean cofinanciadas, indicando las cantidades imputables a cada una de las subvenciones recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se aceptarán recibos acompañados de un contrato o acuerdo como justificativos del objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se aceptarán nóminas originales en caso de que se justifiquen gastos correspondientes al personal contratado por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrán imputar gastos de seguridad social de los trabajadores contratados por la entidad, en estos casos, tendrán que presentar los correspondientes recibos de liquidación de cotizaciones originales TC1, TC2 y el correspondiente resumen detallado de las nóminas de los trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, Cáritas tendrá que presentar una memoria técnica justificativa de las actividades llevadas a cabo, y una liquidación de ingresos y gastos correspondientes al total del proyecto presentado correspondiente al año 2025. El plazo para presentar esta documentación es hasta el 28 de febrero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se justifique correctamente la totalidad de los gastos relativos al coste total del proyecto presentado, la ayuda concedida se reducirá proporcionalmente de acuerdo con el importe de la justificación presentada, debiendo la entidad reintegrar la parte correspondiente que haya percibido en exceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, si finalmente el coste total del proyecto ejecutado es inferior al presupuestado, la cuantía de la ayuda se reducirá proporcionalmente, y la entidad también deberá reintegrar la parte que haya percibido en exceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la actividad se encuentre subvencionada con otros recursos económicos, deberá justificarse el importe, la procedencia y la aplicación de estos fondos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cáritas podrá subcontratar la realización de alguna de las actividades que integran el programa Centro de día y Comedor Social para el año 2025 con un máximo del 60% del coste total del proyecto. La subcontratación tendrá que cumplir los requisitos que establece el artículo 29 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para justificar debidamente los gastos subvencionables deberá aportarse la acreditación del abono del gasto dependiendo de los medios de pago que se hayan utilizado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el que figure el concepto de la transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que deben coincidir con el beneficiario y con el emisor de la factura respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Pago en metálico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una factura original firmada y sellada por el proveedor en la que debe especificarse el gasto al que corresponde el pago, su fecha y la expresión “recibido en metálico” o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Pago mediante cheque nominativo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo emitido a nombre del proveedor que emite la factura o documento equivalente, siempre que esté vencido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracto de la cuenta corriente del beneficiario de la ayuda en la que figure el cargo de este cheque o pagaré&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracto de la cuenta en la que figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Pago mediante domiciliación bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracto bancario en el que figure el cargo de la domiciliación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para conceder la ayuda, y en consecuencia poder proceder al pago, será necesario que previamente quede acreditado que Cáritas está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y de las obligaciones tributarias o de otro tipo ante el Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para el pago de la subvención, el Consejo Insular podrá solicitar cualquier documentación o informe que se considere adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobada por Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, relativo a las obligaciones del beneficiario de las subvenciones, Cáritas queda sometida a las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realizar la actividad o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificar la realización de la actividad, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinan la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que lleven a cabo los órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a este Consejo Insular la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dejar constancia de la percepción y aplicación de la subvención en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que deba llevar el beneficiario de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reintegrar el fondo percibido en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 de esta Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, también queda sometida a todas aquellas obligaciones que se deriven del citado Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de la CAIB), aprobado por Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre y de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y su Reglamento, aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, en todo aquello que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que Cáritas reciba otras ayudas, su importe no puede ser en ningún caso, de una cuantía que, aislada o conjuntamente con otras subvenciones o ayudas de la misma administración o de otras entidades públicas o privadas, supere el coste de la actividad que la entidad beneficiaria debe realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cáritas dará difusión para que el desarrollo del programa objeto de la presente subvención, recibe el apoyo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Departamento de Benestar Social, Familia i Igualtat del Consejo Insular de Eivissa comprobará la justificación de la aplicación de la subvención, la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se concede, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 39 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre y el resto de normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se creará una comisión técnica integrada por dos representantes de cada una de las partes que será la encargada de realizar el seguimiento del presente convenio. Esta comisión se reunirá a instancia de cualquiera de las partes cuando se considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las partes se comprometen a cumplir las exigencias previstas en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, de 7 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y en la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El convenio se resolverá por las siguientes causas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incumplimiento de las obligaciones por parte de cualquiera de las partes firmantes, o de ambas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La disolución de la asociación que suscribe el Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La anulación o revocación del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Imposibilidad material o legal de cumplir las obligaciones que se deriven del objeto del convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denuncia de cualquiera de las partes, manifestada por escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Este convenio se rige por sus propias cláusulas y en todo lo que no esté previsto le es de aplicación la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, también le será de aplicación la normativa en materia de subvenciones establecida en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y su reglamento de desarrollo, aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, y por el Real Decreto 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre que aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las partes que suscriben este convenio se comprometen a intentar resolver en común las diferencias que puedan surgir en la aplicación e interpretación de este convenio. Si esto no fuera posible, las cuestiones litigiosas que puedan afectar a la interpretación y ejecución del referido convenio serán del conocimiento y de la competencia del orden jurisdiccional contencioso administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Undécima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El presente convenio estará vigente desde su formalización con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero de 2025, fecha de inicio de las acciones objeto del convenio, hasta el 28 de febrero de 2026, en lo que se refiere a su justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ámbito temporal dentro del cual deben llevarse a cabo las actuaciones materiales amparadas por el convenio se entiende desde el 1 de enero de 2025 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Y en prueba de conformidad, ambas partes firman este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por el Consejo Insular de Eivissa&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Por Cáritas Diocesana de Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
