&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Informada favorablemente la Cuenta General de 2024 por la Comisión Especial de Cuentas, en sesión celebrada el día 28 de agosto de 2025, y en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 212 del RDL2/2004, Text Refundido de la Ley de Haciendas Locales, se expone al público, con anuncio en el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios digital de la corporación, durante un periodo de quince días, durante los cuales los interesados podrán presentar reclamaciones, enmiendas u observaciones oportunas, las cuales serán examinadas por la propia comisión antes de someterse el expediente a la aprobación por Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no presentarse reclamaciones o sugerencias en el citado plazo, se considerará dictaminado definitivamente sin necesidad de acuerdo expreso de la Comisión Especial de Cuentas y se elevará automáticamente a la aprobación por el Pleno municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
