De acuerdo con el artículo 52.3 de la Ley 3/2007, en concordancia con el artículo 61.8 del TREBEP, esta lista contiene, como máximo, tantas personas aprobadas como el número de plazas convocadas.</em></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">​​​​​​​</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">2. <strong>ADJUDICAR </strong>los puestos de trabajo correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el Anexo 1 de este documento, a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso excepcional para la categoría fija categoría/especialidad de Auxiliar de Mantenimiento, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el anexo 1 de este documento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">3. <strong>ORDENAR </strong>la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos. Las personas nombradas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar des del día siguiente de la publicación, para el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">4. La adscripción al puesto de trabajo del personal relacionado se llevará a cabo con resoluciones individualizadas del Presidente del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.
