    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En fecha 7 de agosto de 2025 el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa aprobó, por unanimidad de sus miembros, la convocatoria de ayudas siguiente :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del sector de la caza en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I) Disposiciones generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Introducción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presente convocatoria se rige al amparo de lo que disponen las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza, publicadas en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB núm. 51, de 15-04-2008, y su modificación publicada en el BOIB núm. 100 Ext., de 30-06-2011), y las bases Generales de Subvenciones, aprobadas en el marco de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto para el ejercicio 2025 (BOIB núm. 37, de 25-03-2025); de conformidad con el vigente Presupuesto del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para el año 2025 (BOIB núm. 6, de 11-01-2025) y con el Plan estratégico de subvenciones para los años 2023-2025 (aprobado por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 23 de enero de 2023 y publicado en el BOIB núm. 12, de 26-01-2023), así como supletoriamente por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB, por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual sea prueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por el Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el cual se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas, por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cantidad máxima que se destina a la presente convocatoria es de 65.000 € con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias del Presupuesto general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa del año 2025: 4190- 4890000, con la cuantía de 50.000 €, y 4190-78000, con la cuantía de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que, dentro del mismo capítulo, una línea no agote el presupuesto que se establece, se imputará la cuantía sobrante a la otra línea publicada en esta misma convocatoria que la haya agotado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Iniciación, instrucción y resolución de los expedientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano competente para aprobar la presente convocatoria es el Consejo Ejecutivo, en virtud de lo que dispone el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departamento competente en materia de Agricultura será el que deberá de instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de los expedientes de solicitud de las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria. El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del informe, en su caso, del órgano colegiado -Comisión Evaluadora-, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, la cual se notificará a las personas interesadas mediante exposición en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa: www.conselldeivissa.es, salvo que se disponga otra cosa en la línea de subvención, y se les concederá un plazo de diez días para presentar alegaciones, documentos y/o justificaciones que estimen pertinentes; se prescindirá del trámite de audiencia cuando no figuren en el procedimiento ni sean tenidos en cuenta otros hechos ni otras alegaciones y pruebas que las esgrimidas por los interesados; en este caso la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva. Examinadas las alegaciones formuladas, en su caso, por las personas interesadas, se formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, la cual expresará la persona solicitante o relación de solicitantes para los cuales se propone la concesión de la subvención, así como la cuantía, especificando, si es el caso, su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán mediante Decreto de Presidencia todo de acuerdo con lo que establecen el artículo 33, de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares, y el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y las vicepresidencias del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. Lo cual se notificará a las personas interesadas individualmente o mediante su publicación al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, al tablón de anuncios y edictos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa: www.conselldeivissa.es, lo cual se deberá de especificar cada una de las líneas de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las solicitudes de subvención y toda la documentación que se requiera se dirigirán a la Presidencia del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y se presentarán, dentro del plazo establecido en cada una de las líneas de la convocatoria, en el Registro General de Entrada en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa y en los otros lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. También podrán registrarse las solicitudes vía telemática en la propia sede electrónica de esta Corporación habilitada a tal fin (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 14 de la mencionada Ley, donde podrá obtenerse el modelo de solicitud y los anejos correspondientes; así mismo, estarán obligadas a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con el Consell Insular d'Eivissa para realizar cualquier trámite en relación con el presente procedimiento administrativo las personas que se indican en el punto 2 del mencionado artículo 14. Si la solicitud se envía mediante una oficina de Correos, la documentación original correspondiente ha de presentarse en la oficina para su digitalización; desde Correos transmitirán la documentación recibida al Consell Insular d'Eivissa, por medio del Registro Electrónico para las Administraciones Públicas. En este caso, se entenderá como fecha válida de la presentación de la solicitud, la fecha del resguardo oficial emitido por Correos que certifica el registro realizado. Si la solicitud se presentara en un lugar diferente del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, las personas solicitantes de la subvención deberán de enviar por correo electrónico la hoja de la solicitud con el justificante oficial del registro realizado, dentro del plazo, al correo electrónico del Departamento, agricultura@conselldeivissa.es, en las 24 horas siguientes, como máximo, de la finalización del plazo hábil. Las solicitudes presentadas fuera de los plazos mencionados anteriormente no se admitirán en la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud o la documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa requerirá la rectificación o los complementos necesarios, que deberán de aportarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado este requerimiento, al tablón de anuncios y edictos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa: www.conselldeivissa.es, con la indicación la deficiencia detectada en cada caso, salvo que se disponga otra cosa en la línea de subvención. Si en este plazo la persona interesada no realiza la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa entenderá desistida su petición, con una resolución previa, que consistirá en la declaración de esta circunstancia, con indicación de los hechos producidos y las normas aplicables; todo ello de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Las solicitudes de ayuda se deberán de resolver y notificar en el plazo máximo de tres meses, contados desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes al que se refiere esta convocatoria; transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la petición se deberá entender desestimada. La notificación de la resolución se realizará de acuerdo con las exigencias y en la forma prevista en los artículos 40, 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Así mismo, esta notificación se podrá realizar mediante publicación en el BOIB según lo que prevé el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, lo cual se indicará específicamente a la línea que corresponda y se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de las ayudas de esta convocatoria comportará la autorización de las personas (físicas o jurídicas) solicitantes al Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino, a publicar las datos relativos a su identidad que resulten imprescindibles para tramitar este procedimiento administrativo; y se garantizará aquello dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento podrá solicitar además, la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria y adecuada para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por razones de eficacia y eficiencia procedimental cada línea de ayudas se tramitará como un subexpediente respecto del expediente matriz de la presente convocatoria de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Comisión evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se crea una comisión evaluadora para aquellas ayudas que requieran para su valoración un órgano colegiado, en virtud de esta convocatoria; le corresponderá examinar y seleccionar las solicitudes presentadas, así como emitir un informe que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución al órgano concedente a través del Departamento instructor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora actuará de acuerdo con lo que disponen las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza, publicadas en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB núm. 51, de 15-04-2008, y su modificación publicada en el BOIB número 100 Ext., de 30-06-2011), de conformidad con el vigente Presupuesto del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para el año 2025, así como supletoriamente por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público y por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB, por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, así como por el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estará integrada por el Presidente: Sr. Francisco Javier Marí Álvarez, sustituto: Sr. Francesc Castellà Virgili; Secretaria: Sra. María José Cardona Muñoz, sustituta: Sra. Carmen Roig Cardona; Vocal: Sr. Jordi Masip Guiu, sustituto: Sr. Joan Riera Planells; Vocal: Sr. José Antonio Domínguez Sánchez, sustituto: Sr. Joan Marí Martínez; Vocal: Sra. Eva María Tur Torres, sustituto: Sr. Alejandro Montero Guasch.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria son compatibles con otro tipo de ayuda o de subvención que por los mismos conceptos otorgue esta u otra Administración pública, o entidades privadas, excepto en el caso que la línea establezca lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria son incompatibles entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se conceden no pueden superar en ningún caso, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de haber solicitado subvención por el mismo concepto a otra institución pública o privada, se deberá de comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa esta circunstancia, indicando la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Requisitos de las personas solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) solicitantes de las ayudas que se prevén en la presente convocatoria deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Estar al corriente de las obligaciones económicas con el Consell Insular d'Eivissa. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa comprobará de oficio este requisito una vez formulada la solicitud de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT, con la Seguridad Social y con la hacienda autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El ámbito territorial de la actividad de las personas beneficiarias será la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Los requisitos específicos que se detallen en cada línea de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No podrán ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones las personas, las entidades o las agrupaciones en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; prohibiciones que en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears están recogidas en los apartados 1 y 2 de su artículo 10. Tampoco, además, las empresas y entidades que se encuentren en los supuestos que prevé el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Obligaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) beneficiarias deberán de cumplir las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; en caso de incumplimiento se aplicará el régimen sancionador previsto en el título IV de la mencionada Ley. Obligaciones que en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears están recogidas en su artículo 11, estando previsto el régimen sancionador en el título V del texto refundido. Así mismo, deberán de aceptar los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente convocatoria, así como los previstos con carácter genérico en las bases reguladoras de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, de conformidad con lo que prevén el artículo 31.4 de la Ley General de Subvenciones y los artículos 13.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y 40.4. del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el supuesto de adquisición de bienes inventariables, el período durante el cual la persona beneficiaria deberá de destinar los bienes al fin concreto para el cual se concedió la subvención es de tres años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de la obligación de destino referido en el párrafo anterior, que se producirá en todo caso con la enajenación o el gravamen del bien, será causa de reintegro, en los términos establecido en el capítulo II del título II de la Ley General de Subvenciones, y quedará el bien afecto al pago del reintegro cualquiera que sea su poseedor, salvo que resulte ser un tercero protegido por la fe pública registral o se justifique la adquisición de los bienes con buena fe y título justo o en establecimiento mercantil o industrial, en caso de bienes muebles no inscribibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Solicitud y documentación a adjuntar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para cada una de las líneas de ayudas hay un impreso de solicitud, que consta en los anejos I y II, disponibles en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), en la cual constarán las siguientes declaraciones responsables: de cumplir con los requisitos de acceso a la convocatoria y de compromiso de mantenerlos durante el período inherente al reconocimiento del derecho, y de disponer de la documentación que así lo acredita; de conocer las condiciones establecidas por la normativa vigente para la concesión de ayudas que se pide; de no incurrir en las prohibiciones y los supuestos que se mencionan en el punto 6.A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria; de solicitud y/o concesión de subvención por el mismo concepto a otra administración pública o entidad privada (en el caso de haberla solicitado y/o concedido, se deberá de indicar la cuantía correspondiente); de cumplimiento con las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado y ante la hacienda autonómica, con el compromiso de mantener el cumplimiento de este requisito durante el período de tiempo inherente al reconocimiento o el ejercicio del derecho de cobro de la subvención, y, de veracidad de todos los datos contenidos en la solicitud. Así mismo, en esta solicitud constarán los siguientes compromisos: de llevar a cabo las actuaciones objeto de esta convocatoria con sujeción a las disposiciones que se establecen, a las bases reguladoras y al resto de la normativa aplicable; de facilitar la documentación y/o inspecciones que se lleven a cabo desde el Consell Insular d'Eivissa para comprobar el cumplimiento de todos los puntos de esta convocatoria; de acreditar ante la Sección de Agricultura el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que se exigen para conceder la ayuda, y de adoptar las medidas necesarias para proporcionar información al público y darle publicidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El período para presentar las solicitudes es de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 días naturales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de la que se especifica en cada línea de subvención, se aportará la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Solicitud. La solicitud de ayuda presentada deberá de ir firmada y supondrá la asunción de las declaraciones anteriormente mencionadas, y así mismo se podrá autorizar expresamente al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el apartado 6.A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; mediante certificados telemáticos, siempre que técnicamente sea posible. No obstante, la persona solicitante podrá denegar expresamente el consentimiento; en ese caso deberá de aportar la certificación en los términos previstos. Podrá simplificarse la acreditación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la AEAT, con la Seguridad Social y con la hacienda autonómica, mediante la presentación de declaración responsable, en los casos que describe el artículo 24 del RD 887/2003, de 21 de julio, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. En el caso que la ayuda solicitada supere los 3.000 € se deberán de incorporar al expediente los correspondientes certificados que acrediten estos aspectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso que la solicitud de ayuda se presentara mediante representante, se deberá acreditar fehacientemente esta representación con la documentación pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Impreso de solicitud de alta o modificación como acreedor del Consell Insular a efectos económicos, disponible en el catálogo de trámites dentro del ámbito de Tesorería la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el caso de personas jurídicas, acuerdo del órgano competente en el que se aprueba la solicitud de subvención al Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Copia de la resolución de concesión y/o pago en el caso de haber solicitado subvención por el mismo concepto a otra administración pública o entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Certificado de residencia fiscal emitido por las autoridades competentes en el país de residencia, en el caso de no tener esta residencia en territorio español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de agrupaciones sin personalidad jurídica, también se debe aportar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento en que se reflejen las normas o la reglamentación de funcionamiento que hayan suscrito todos los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NIF de la agrupación, si lo tiene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento suscrito por todos los miembros de la agrupación en el que haya constancia expresa de los compromisos de ejecución que asume cada uno de ellos, como también el número de cuenta bancaria de cada uno de los miembros nombrados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombramiento de una persona en representación de la agrupación con poder suficiente para cumplir les obligaciones que corresponden a la agrupación como beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento suscrito por todos los miembros de la agrupación en que se haga constar el compromiso de no disolver la agrupación hasta que no haya transcurrido el plazo de prescripción que prevén los artículos 57 y 60 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No será necesario presentar la documentación o los datos que se puedan obtener por medios telemáticos. Por otra parte, si se han tramitado o se están tramitando otros expedientes en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y ya se ha presentado alguno de los documentos que se requieren, no será necesario aportarlo de nuevo y es suficiente que se mencione el expediente donde consta; no obstante, la acreditación de facultades debe ser vigente en la fecha en que se presenta la solicitud, la cual se deberá hacer constar y acreditar mediante el documento correspondiente. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrá verificar de oficio el DNI de la persona solicitante o representante, así como los otros documentos acreditativos de cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos. En el caso de que se quiera denegar expresamente la autorización al Consell Insular para la obtención de esta identificación así como otros documentos necesarios, se deberá de aportar un documento de denegación y la documentación que haga falta, de acuerdo con el artículo 28 de la Ley 3/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrá pedir toda la documentación complementaria que considere para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Selección de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La selección de las personas beneficiarias se realizará de acuerdo con lo que se establece en cada línea de ayuda de esta convocatoria. Cuando la selección se lleve a cabo mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia no competitiva, y en el supuesto de que las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda superen la cuantía prevista en cada línea de ayuda de esta convocatoria, se podrá ampliar la consignación presupuestaria siempre que haya crédito suficiente y adecuado en la aplicación correspondiente, ampliación que se publicará en el BOIB. En el caso que no sea posible el incremento del crédito, se reducirán todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda en el mismo porcentaje unitario resultante del ajuste presupuestario, excepto en el caso de ayudas a cooperativas agrarias y de ayudas a entidades asociativas agrarias, en las cuales se reducirá la cuantía de la subvención en las actuaciones con derecho a ayuda proporcionalmente a la puntuación conseguida según los criterios de selección. Se exceptúan de la reducción de este apartado las actuaciones consideradas prioritarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las diferentes actuaciones objeto de subvención, presentadas por un solicitante en una misma línea de ayuda, se considerarán independientes, tanto para su valoración, como por la cuantía de ayuda a percibir, sin que se pueda hacer una transferencia entre las actuaciones dentro de una misma solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias deberán de adoptar las medidas de difusión de la subvención otorgada por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, según se especifique en cada una de las líneas de subvención. El incumplimiento de esta obligación constituye uno de los supuestos de reintegro de la subvención otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para acreditar la realización de las actividades subvencionables es el mismo plazo de presentación de las solicitudes indicado en el punto 7 de las disposiciones generales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 días naturales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias comunicarán y justificarán al Departamento competente en materia de agricultura el acabado de las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda mediante la solicitud de pago, todo acompañado de las facturas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos realizados en el plazo establecido, juntamente con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, así como una relación detallada de las facturas mencionadas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos (Anejo II), disponible en la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa https://seu.conselldeivissa.es en el cual consten el número de factura, el proveedor, la fecha, el importe, el IVA, la fecha de pago y la actuación subvencionada a la que se imputa el gasto, sin perjuicio del que disponga cada línea de ayuda. Además, se aportará justificante de las medidas de publicidad relativas a la financiación pública por parte del Consell Insular, según dispone cada línea de ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará un vez que se haya presentado toda la documentación requerida como justificante y se haya comprobado el cumplimiento de las actuaciones objeto de la subvención, mediante la correspondiente resolución de pago emitida por la Presidencia del Consell Insular, que se notificará en la forma establecida en cada una de les líneas de ayuda de esta convocatoria, y de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el punto 3 de estas disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Revocación de la subvención, reintegro y régimen sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Será procedente la revocación de la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos adquiridos a los que se encuentra condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión y/o pago de la subvención. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y/o de pago, y es procedente el reintegro de las cantidades recibidas indebidamente, teniendo en cuenta lo que dispone el título II de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones referente al reintegro de subvenciones, y lo que prevé el título IV referente al régimen sancionador; supuestos de igual manera previstos en los artículos 43, 44 y 45 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, así como en el título V referente al régimen sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Publicidad y vigencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo de aprobación de esta convocatoria se comunicará a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), así como su extracto, tal como establecen los artículos 17.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y 20.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y a la vista de lo que dispone el Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas. Así mismo, este acuerdo se publicará en el BOIB, se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y se anunciará en dos diarios locales, todo ello de acuerdo con lo que establecen el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB, y las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiza. Entrará en vigor el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la publicidad de las subvenciones otorgadas, de acuerdo con lo que establecen el artículo 18 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y el artículo 34 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la CAIB, se remitirá a la BDNS información sobre las resoluciones recaídas en los términos que exige el artículo 20 de la Ley General de Subvenciones mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo por el cual se aprueba esta convocatoria no agota la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante el Pleno del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB; todo esto de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 66 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares y con el artículo 147.1 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, los acuerdos que adopte la Presidencia del Consell Insular en virtud de esta convocatoria de ayudas agotan la vía administrativa, y de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículo 112, 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 66 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares, y con el artículo 146 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, contra estos acuerdos se podrá interponer potestativamente un recurso de reposición ante la Presidencia del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente al de recepción de su notificación, o partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, o bien un recurso contencioso administrativo, en virtud del que prevén los artículos 8, 25 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa (BOE núm.167 de 14-07-1998), ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la referida notificación o publicación. En caso que se optara por interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquel se haya resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación presunta. Y todo ello, sin perjuicio de que se pueda ejercer, si procede, cualquier otro que considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II) Líneas de ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para la mejora de cotos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayudas es establecer un régimen de ayudas para apoyar activamente a los cotos de caza en el ámbito de Ibiza apoyando las actividades que promueven la mejora ambiental y en consecuencia la mejora de los aprovechamientos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía máxima destinada en la línea de subvención es de 6.000 €, con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias siguientes: 4190-4890000 con la cuantía de 4.000 €; y 4190-78000 con la cuantía de 2.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención las personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de cotos de caza, siempre que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que desarrollen su actividad en la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que acepte los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente convocatoria, así como los establecidos con carácter genérico en las bases reguladoras de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se considerará procedente la selección de los expedientes teniendo en cuenta la adecuación de la solicitud al objetivo y las condiciones de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son actuaciones subvencionables a la presente convocatoria dentro de la línea a la mejora de cotos las especificadas a continuación ejecutadas entre el 1 de septiembre de 2023 y el 15 de julio de 2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Siembras para la fauna y otras actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética (labrar, sembrar, abonar, reparto del grano...) que cumplan con su función biológica durante el periodo de reproducción y crianza de las especies cinegéticas, con un máximo del 5 % de la superficie del coto hasta un máximo de 10 ha. No se puede utilizar semilla tratada y tampoco se permite la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios. No se podrá levantar el cultivo o se deberán dejar dos metros de márgenes para la fauna cinegética hasta el 30 de septiembre. Si se tienen que volver a sembrar, se podrá labrar estas parcelas entre el 15 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, pero siempre comunicándolo previamente al órgano administrativo competente para tramitar la solicitud de subvención. Solo en estos casos podrá entrar el ganado quince días antes de la próxima siembra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mejora de hábitats de los cotos y desbroce de zonas arbustivas para favorecer la proliferación de especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Instalación de comederos y bebederos para las especies cinegéticas en épocas de penuria alimentaria o de climatología adversa así como infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Control selectivo de predadores y especies invasoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Asistencia técnica para la redacción de planes técnicos de gestión cinegética realizados por técnicos competentes en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Solicitudes de concesión y pago, y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será el que se establece en el punto 7 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 días naturales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia normalizada (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anejo I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), según lo que prevén las bases reguladoras y esta convocatoria, disponible en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y en la que se especificarán los datos necesarios para identificar correctamente la persona beneficiaria. Será necesario aportar todos y cada uno de los datos que se indican en el anejo mencionado; así como la asunción de los compromisos, otorgamiento de las autorizaciones y hacer las declaraciones que este contiene. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la solicitud se deberá adjuntar, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memoria de actividades en la que se justifiquen las actividades realizadas y se presente la relación de los gastos por los que se solicita ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de actuaciones de siembras para la caza y/u otras actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética objeto de subvención, relación de parcelas y recintos donde se hayan realizado, con indicación de la superficie de actuación para cada una de éstas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facturas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos realizados en el plazo establecido, junto con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, así como una relación detallada de las facturas mencionadas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos (Anejo III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Régimen de ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se atenderán todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases y que presenten la correspondiente documentación en los plazos y las condiciones estipulados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas para la mejora de cotos de caza se llevará a cabo mediante régimen de concurrencia no competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrá solicitar la ayuda por los siguientes conceptos, con un máximo de 2.500 €:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para las actuaciones 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, subvención de 100 % del importe fijado por la administración indicado en el punto 10 de esta línea de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Para las actuaciones 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, subvención del 80 % de sus costes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Instrucción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la instrucción, se atenderá a lo que dispone el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Requisitos de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criterios a tener en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que la solicitud se adecue a los objetivos y las condiciones de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que los gastos previstos guarden relación con las actividades realizadas en el coto de caza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A parte de las obligaciones establecidas en el punto 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las disposiciones generales, las personas titulares de los cotos de caza que hayan obtenido esta ayuda están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llevar a cabo las actuaciones para las que se les ha concedido la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar ante el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino el cumplimiento de los requisitos, las condiciones y los compromisos adquiridos que se exige para la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar en cualquier momento la información que le solicite el Consell Insular d'Eivissa sobre los trabajos que se desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la realización de las actividades subvencionables de la presente línea de ayudas y adjuntar la documentación requerida (facturas y declaraciones responsables), para comprobar el cumplimiento de todos los puntos de esta convocatoria y dentro del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control procedentes del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y aportar la documentación con el fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos en todos los puntos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas por la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dar publicidad en la medida que sea posible de la subvención solicitada o concedida mediante cartel visible (dimensión mínima DIN A-4) colocado en el acceso a la parcela o las parcelas donde se ha realizado alguna actuación objeto de subvención, o mediante prensa o redes sociales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas aquellas que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones de esta convocatoria, de las bases reguladoras y del resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar una única solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la justificación y al pago, se ajustará a lo dispuesto en el punto 9 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria respecto de la documentación justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son gastos justificables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos de la realización de las siembras para caza. Para justificar las siembras, la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas indicadas en la lista adjunta a la solicitud. El gasto se contabiliza a 260 €/ha de siembra; incluye el importe de la maquinaria y mano de obra para el cultivo de los terrenos así como la adquisición de semilla y abono.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos de la realización de los desbroces y la limpieza de zonas. Para justificar estas actividades la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas señaladas en un plano con recintos SIGPAC y fotografías de la zona del estado de antes adjunto a la solicitud. El gasto se contabilizará a 1.400,00 €/ha. En el caso de que la superficie cubierta sea inferior al 100 %, el precio estipulado se verá afectado por un coeficiente reductor equivalente a la proporción de superficie cubierta expresado en tanto por uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los honorarios de las personas que llevan a cabo las podas, limpieza de caminos y de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;rotes, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;recuperación de cultivos y de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;rotes; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;así como el importe del alquiler de maquinaria y/u equipamiento necesario para llevar a cabo estas tareas, y la adquisición de fertilizantes y abonos para la rehabilitación y mantenimiento del suelos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición de equipos y materiales para la implantación, el mantenimiento y la reparación de comederos, bebederos, madrigueras y otros equipamientos e infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios derivados de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición de materiales y equipos necesarios para actuaciones para reducir la presión de depredación de fauna cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios de las personas que realicen estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición de señales para la delimitación de terrenos, según los modelos que figuran en el Anejo I de la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 58 de data 24-04-2012), así como el importe de los honorarios de las personas que realizan las tareas de colocación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para comprobar el gasto realizado se pedirá al beneficiario que presente los justificantes que se crean oportunos para obtener una evidencia razonable de la adecuada aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará únicamente una vez que se haya presentado toda la documentación requerida como justificante y que se haya comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos, que se constatará mediante informe emitido por el órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Medios de difusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán de hacer difusión de la subvención concedida por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, mediante al menos uno de los medios siguientes: red social, página web, prensa y otros medios de divulgación ya sea de forma individual o a través de terceros, o mediante cartel colocado en la parcela de actuación que da publicidad a la subvención solicitada o concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Notificación de resoluciones de concesión y pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las resoluciones de concesión y pago de subvención se notificarán mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, y en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y de conformidad con lo que se establece en el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ayudas a las sociedades de cazadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayuda es dar apoyo a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro llevadas a cabo en el territorio de la isla de Ibiza en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el principio de gestión sostenible del patrimonio faunístico y de sus hábitats, gestión calificada de interés público por la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, la finalidad de estas ayudas es socio ambiental y va destinada a fomentar iniciativas sin ánimo de lucro que promuevan la mejora ambiental y, en consecuencia, la mejora del potencial cinegético.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria y cantidad máxima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta línea de subvención es de 59.000 €, con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias siguientes: 4190-4890000 con la cuantía de 46.000 €; y 4190-78000 con la cuantía de 13.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Beneficiarios/ as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención las sociedades de cazadores previstas en la Ley 6/2006 Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son objeto de subvención diversas actividades dentro del marco de la actividad cinegética llevadas a cabo por los beneficiarios y sin ánimo de lucro que impliquen la mejora de los recursos cinegéticos y su uso racional y sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actividades objeto de subvención son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Siembras para la caza con variedades vegetales de interés para la fauna cinegética con parcelas identificadas catastralmente que cumplan su función biológica durante el periodo de reproducción y crianza de las especies cinegéticas. No se puede utilizar semilla tratada y tampoco se permite la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios. No se podrá levantar el cultivo o se deberán dejar dos metros de márgenes para la fauna cinegética hasta el 30 de septiembre. Si se tiene que volver a sembrar, se podrán labrar estas parcelas entre el 15 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, pero siempre comunicándolo previamente al órgano administrativo competente en tramitar la solicitud de subvención. Sólo en estos casos podrá entrar el ganado quince días antes de la siguiente siembra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mejora de hábitats de cotos y desbroce de zonas arbustivas para favorecer la proliferación de las especies cinegéticas. Los trabajos se deberán realizar de acuerdo con las instrucciones técnicas de la Dirección General competente del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigilancia y gestión de cotos: servicio de guardería; control de predadores; mantenimiento de la señalización; mantenimiento de comederos y bebederos así como las infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética; servicios administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campos de adiestramiento de perros: delimitación de cerramiento, señalización y dotación de infraestructuras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudios técnicos aplicables a las especies cinegéticas o protegidas que tengan relación con la actividad cinegética y de sus hábitats, realizados por técnicos competentes en la materia, y planes técnicos de gestión cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Organización de encuentros, jornadas, diadas, actividades participativas de formación y promoción de la actividad cinegética y la caza con razas autóctonas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser subvencionadas las actuaciones realizadas y pagadas entre el 1 de septiembre de 2023 y el 15 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será el que se establece en el punto 7 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 días naturales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia normalizada (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anejo II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), según lo que prevén les bases reguladoras y esta convocatoria, disponible en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y en la que se especificarán los datos necesarios para identificar correctamente la persona beneficiaria. Habrá que suministrar todos y cada uno de los datos que se indican en el anejo mencionado; así como la asunción de los compromisos, otorgamiento de las autorizaciones y hacer las declaraciones que este contiene. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la solicitud se deberá de adjuntar, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia de la escritura de constitución o modificación, de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento, inscritos en el registro correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditación de la representación en virtud de la que actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento que acredite que la entidad solicitante gestiona los terrenos de caza para los que se solicita la ayuda, en el caso que estos no estén a nombre de la sociedad de cazadores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memoria de actividades en la que se justifiquen las actividades realizadas y se haga una relación de gastos por los cuales se solicita la ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de actuaciones de siembras para la caza y/u otras actividades agrícolas de gestión cinegética objeto de subvención, relación de parcelas y recintos donde se hayan realizado, con indicación de la superficie de actuación para cada una de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facturas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos realizados en el plazo establecido, junto con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, así como una lista detallada de las facturas mencionadas u otros documentos acreditativos de los gastos (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anejo III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Régimen de ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se atenderán todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria y que presenten la correspondiente documentación en los plazos y las condiciones estipulados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrá solicitar la ayuda para los siguientes conceptos, con un máximo de ayuda de 25.000 € por sociedad de cazadores: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subvención del 100% del importe fijado por la administración (indicado en el punto 10 de esta línea) para las actuaciones 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.a y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.b &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;hasta un máximo de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subvención del 80 % del coste de las actuaciones 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c, 4.d, 4.e y 4.f &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;hasta un máximo de 10.000 €. En todo caso, para beneficiarse de esta parte de ayuda para la realización de estudios técnicos y/o actividades de formación, el programa correspondiente deberá estar informado favorablemente por el Servicio de Caza basándose en criterios de interés de la actuación propuesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas a las sociedades de cazadores federadas se llevará a cabo mediante régimen de concurrencia no competitiva, con la aplicación de la siguiente prelación de las diferentes actuaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º Mejora de hábitats de los cotos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º Siembra para la caza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3º Vigilancia y gestión de terrenos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º Campos de adiestramiento de perros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5º Estudios técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6º Organización de encuentros, diadas, jornadas, seminarios, cursos y actividades participativas de promoción de la actividad cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto que las solicitudes con derecho de ayuda superen la cantidad prevista en el punto 2 de esta línea de ayuda, se reducirán proporcionalmente todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Instrucción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En lo relativo a la instrucción, se atenderá a lo que dispone el punto 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las disposiciones generales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Criterios de selección y valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comisión evaluadora desarrollará las funciones descritas en el apartado 4 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Obligaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A parte de las obligaciones establecidas en el punto 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de las disposiciones generales, las sociedades de cazadores que hayan obtenido esta ayuda están obligadas a: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llevar a cabo las actuaciones por las cuales se les ha concedido la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar ante el Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino el cumplimiento de los requisitos, las condiciones y los compromisos adquiridos que se exige para la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar en cualquier momento la información que le solicite el Consell Insular d'Eivissa sobre los trabajos que se desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la realización de las actividades subvencionables de la presente línea de ayudas y adjuntar la documentación requerida (facturas y declaraciones responsables), con el fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de todos los puntos de esta convocatoria y dentro del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control procedentes del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y aportar la documentación para comprobar el cumplimento de los compromisos adquiridos en todos los puntos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dar publicidad en la medida que sea posible de la subvención solicitada o concedida mediante cartel visible (dimensión mínima DIN A-4) colocado en el acceso a la parcela o las parcelas donde se ha realizado alguna actuación objeto de subvención, o mediante prensa o redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas aquellas que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones de esta convocatoria, de las bases reguladoras y del resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar una única solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para acreditar la realización de las actividades subvencionables es el mismo plazo de presentación de las solicitudes (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 días naturales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la justificación y el pago, salvo las ayudas para la siembra de caza y la mejora de los hábitats de los cotos, que se justificarán por controles realizados por la Administración competente, se ajustará a aquello dispuesto en el punto 9 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son gastos justificables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos de la realización de las siembras para la caza. Para justificar las siembras, la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas indicadas en la lista adjunta a la solicitud. El gasto se contabiliza a 260 €/ha de siembra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los gastos de la realización de los desbroces y la limpieza de zonas. Para justificar estas actividades la administración competente realizará controles en aquellas parcelas indicadas en un plano con recintos SIGPAC y fotografías de la zona del estado anterior adjunto a la solicitud. El gasto se contabiliza a 1.400,00 €/ha. En el caso que la superficie cubierta sea inferior al 100%, el precio estipulado se verá afectado por un coeficiente reductor equivalente a la proporción de superficie cubierta expresada en tanto por uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El salario y los gastos de Seguridad Social correspondiente al personal contratado para la realización de los trabajos de gestión ambiental dentro de los terrenos cinegéticos (mantenimiento de bebederos, comederos, control de trampas de predadores, vigilancia del ejercicio de la caza, mantenimiento de la señalización, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición de comederos, bebederos, madrigueras y otros equipamientos e infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética, así como materiales para su implantación, mantenimiento, reparación y el importe de los honorarios derivados de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición material necesario en actuaciones para reducir la presión de depredación de la fauna cinegética, así como el importe de los honorarios de las personas que realizan estas actuaciones. Incluye también los gastos de manejo, transporte y gestión de predadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de la adquisición de material para la delimitación y señalización de los cotos de caza y campos autorizados de adiestramiento de perros. Incluye también los honorarios de las personas que llevan a cabo las tareas de delimitación y la señalización así como el alquiler de maquinaria y utensilios necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de honorarios para la realización de estudios técnicos y científicos de especies cinegéticas o protegidas que tengan relación con la actividad cinegética y de sus hábitats, y para la realización de planes técnicos de gestión cinegética de los cotos de caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de los gastos derivados de la organización de encuentros, diadas, jornadas, seminarios, cursos y actividades participativas de promoción de la actividad cinegética así como los gastos derivados de la promoción de la caza con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ca eivissenc, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;realizadas con el apoyo de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Associació de Criadors des Ca Eivissenc &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(podenco ibicenco) d'Eivissa i Formentera y la promoción de la actividad cinegética como campeonatos de caza, y pruebas funcionales. Incluidos los honorarios de los jueces y el importe del traslado, manutención y alojamiento de los jueces cuando estos estén domiciliados fuera de la comunidad donde se realice la actividad. Incluye también los gastos de la edición de materiales divulgativos, en cualquier soporte, y los gastos de producción, realización y edición de materiales gráficos, informáticos y audiovisuales. En cuanto a la organización de cursos, seminarios y jornadas, se incluyen también los honorarios de ponentes que impartan cursos y conferencias con finalidad formativa sobre temática cinegética y gestión ambiental, así como el importe del traslado y alojamiento de aquellos ponentes que residan fuera del lugar de la impartición del curso o conferencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la fase de comprobación del gasto realizado se pedirá al beneficiario que presente los justificantes que se crean oportunos para obtener una evidencia razonable sobre la adecuada aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Medios de difusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán hacer difusión de la subvención otorgada por el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, mediante al menos uno de los medios siguientes: red social, página web, prensa y otros medios de divulgación ya sea de forma individual o a través de terceros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Notificación de resoluciones de concesión y pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las resoluciones de concesión y pago de subvención se notificarán mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, y en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, y de conformidad con aquello que se establece en el punto 3 de las disposiciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
